Gulfside Minerals Ltd - ein neuer Versuch

Alles, was bei anderen Comapnies gut ist, wird hier schlecht geredet. Alles, was gemeldet wird, sind nur Lügen. Alles wird gedreht und gewendet...und dennoch sollten einige einfach mal Hirn einschalten...  Wer es jetzt nicht sieht, will es nicht sehen oder muss zu seinem Glück geprügelt werden. Fundamental sah es nie besser aus. Und nachdem der "nichtexistente" Ni kam, der Vertrag kam, neue Gebiete kamen, Russische Gutachten kamen (auf die man sich verlassen kann) und noch mehr kommt, will man natürlich jetzt Handel. Kommt Handel, ist das PP nicht Ok. Und wenn doch, findet man wieder was anderes, was total egal ist...lachhaft!  Besonders gut finde ich: " Määähh...die Firma hat 1,5 Jahre CTO...die kann ja nichts sein!"  Ich meine: Wer von euch Experten hat denn einen CTO schon mitgemacht oder seinen Finger beim Kohleschaufeln verloren??

Denkt mal drüber nach...Es hat hier keiner gemerkt, dass der Cashbestand von GMG etwas mehr als 30.000 ist, weil man eben den MDA nicht versteht oder nicht richtig liesst...also ich habe die Zahl 37.000 auch gesehen...was aber definitiv nicht der Cash Bestand ist....verrechnet ja... nur als kleines Beispiel.

Und aufgrund der Tatsache, das SG 5 PP's machte, verkaufe ich jetzt meine SG Aktien...warum sollte ich die Aktien der Bude noch behalten? Man hat mich ja hier belehrt....

The directors have appointed the following officers for Gulfside: Robert L. Card, B.A. (Econ) - President and Chief Executive Officer Blaine Y. Bailey, CGA, - Chief Financial Officer Betty Anne Loy, - Corporate Secretary The following directors were appointed to the Audit Committee: Robert L. Card John Jenks Dr. Zigurts Strauts

The Company welcomed Bat-Amgalan Baatarjav, Gulfside's General Manager and Director of Operations of the Company's activities in Mongolia to the meeting and to his first visit to Canada.

The Khar-khonkhor (Black Hole) Brown Coal Deposit and the Onjuul (Onjuul) Brown Coal Deposit located about 170 km SW of the city of Ulaanbaatar, were discussed. The President briefly outlined potential scenarios for development of the project. The Company plans an extensive drilling program this summer to define resources compliant with NI 43-101 standards. Previous resource estimates were based on original Russian/Mongolian exploration results and are not considered compliant with present day NI 43-101 standards. This acquisition is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The Company's Cease Trade Order of December 21, 2007 has been lifted and the Company now awaits the final review and approval of its new acquisitions by the TSX Venture Exchange.
