Fehlt nur die richtige Meldung.
Das schöne ist, die Zeit drängt.

Gibt es die nicht - insolvente Firma überhaupt? Anfang des Jahres war sie vom Handel ausgesetzt. Vor dem Umzug gab es regelmäßig Nachrichten; Nachrichten die alles mögliche ankündigten.....................Und nun? Keine Nachrichten, keine Antworten auf eMails.......sie stellen sich einfach Tod, oder sind sie vielleicht mit dem Geld der Investoren durchgebrannt?

 könnte ein mittel zum zweck werden! dazu müsste aber noch mehr kauf aufkommen................und dann....

insolvent, aber um die Bedürfnisse des Börsenlistings zu erfüllen, müssen die bei GWP noch ein bisschen Geld einsammeln. Hoffnung einfach nicht aufgeben.

As the listing requirements continue to change on the Frankfurt, Greenworld will no longer meet the listing requirements of that exchange. Management has made the decision that the GXG, with its focus on small and medium size businesses is a more appropriate venue for the Company, and has retained Touchstone International Business Services to assist with the listing process.
Current shareholders will not be required to take any action to have their shares transferred to the new exchange, and the Company’s ISIN number will not change.
In order to buy or sell shares, however, current shareholders will need to open an account with a broker member of the GXG. A full list of broker members is available on the GXG Markets website at www.gxgmarkets.co.uk
While there is a possibility that there may be a short gap during the transfer process during which trading in the Company’s stock may be disrupted, the Company and its agents are working diligently to provide a seamless transition, with an objective to complete the listing process by mid-December.

wenn es an de GXG geht..ist es auch unter den Märkten von Frankfurt zusehen..

kann ja auch sein das ein Dual listing kommt und das es ganz normal weiter geht

Quelle direkt von Greenworld... in den letzten drei Wochen viele nervige Mails geschrieben und keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Sonst bekam ich immer gleich Feedback. Hatte jetzt gedacht Sie haben den Sch... eingezogen und sitzen auf Virgin Island im Sunchair. So deutlich habe ich es per Mail ausgedrückt mit Fake Company, Shareholders sind Ihnen egal etc. Da Ramon oder wer auch immer nicht mehr geantwortet hat dachte ich da kommt eh nichts mehr positives rüber. Heute morgen hatte ich diese Mail im Postkasten. Er  schrieb das das auf der HP noch gepostet werden soll.
