Die Geologie des Gebietes ist nach Einschätzung des Managements ebenfalls ungewöhnlich vorteilhaft für den Goldpreisabbau. Die Lagerstätte ist nur 10 bis 15 Millionen Jahre alt im Vergleich zu den in Mexiko üblichen 20 bis 30 Millionen Jahren. Dadurch ist die Erosion reduziert und die Chance auf weitere beträchtliche, in der Tiefe verborgene Goldvorkommen hoch.

Das wird dadurch unterstrichen, dass die Arista-Goldader eine sogenannte „blinde Entdeckung“ war, weil die Goldvorkommen erst 100 Meter unterhalb der Oberfläche beginnen. Mein Fazit:

Die Aktie ist in den USA nur am OTC-Markt gelistet, wird daher von institutionellen Investoren noch gemieden. Daher ist die Bewertung immer noch attraktiv.

Interessante Chartkonstellation bei Gold Resource (USA: GORO): Die Aktien des mittlerweile 1,6 Mrd. USD schweren Goldproduzenten haben in der vergangenen Woche ein neues Allzeithoch über der 30-Dollar-Marke erreicht und damit ein glasklares Kaufsignal generiert. Zwar ist das Papier des Goldproduzenten im Zuge der Goldpreisschwäche wieder in seine Handelsspanne zwischen 22 und 30 USD zurückgefallen, doch zeigt GORO unter dem Strich relative Stärke. Vom Ende April gesehenen Allzeithoch bei 31,38 USD kam Gold Resource bislang rund 14% zurück. Die nun vorliegenden Zahlen zum ersten Quartal stützen unsere positive Einschätzung dieses aktuell 1,45 Mrd. USD schweren Junior-Produzenten (siehe Ausgabe vom 25.04.11). Gold Resource produzierte im ersten Quartal 7.479 Unzen Gold-Äquivalent zu Kosten von sagenhaft günstigen 87 USD pro Unze! Zum Vergleich: Im gesamten Halbjahr 2010 spuckte GORO´s Verarbeitungsanlage „nur“ 10.493 Unzen aus. COLORADO SPRINGS - June 21, 2011 - Gold Resource Corporation (NYSE Amex: GORO) held its annual general meeting of shareholders today in Denver, Colorado.  All Directors were reelected and all proposals by management were approved.  Mr. Jason Reid, President of Gold Resource Corporation, reported second quarter 2011 is expected to set new production, revenue and earnings records as the Aguila Project is progressing well.  Gold Resource Corporation is a low-cost gold producer with operations in the southern state of Oaxaca, Mexico.

Impacts of the severe and anomalous storm which occurred at the Aguila Project April 20, 2011 that affected the underground Arista mine have now been mitigated and cleaned up.  Mine development continues driving the spiral decline to the seventh level and the mine's first stope is operational between level 4 and level 5. Development work on the second stope is underway.  The mine is shipping a nominal 450 and 650 tonnes of ore per day to the mill.

The Company added a sixth property of over 100 square miles to its Oaxaca Mining Unit effectively consolidating approximately 29 miles (48 kilometers) along strike of the important north 70 west regional structural corridor.

Wie selten solche Werte sind, ergibt sich unter anderem aus dem Umstand, dass selbst in den Depots von alt gedienten  Börsenhasen derartige Aktien echte Raritäten sind. Aber zumindest bei Gold Resource Corp beruht die Kurs-Explosion nicht auf dubiosen Empfehlungen sondern auf einer geradezu sensationellen Entwicklung des operativen Geschäfts.  

Beeindruckender Turnaround

So explodierte der 2011er-Umsatz gegenüber dem Vorjahr um kaum vorstellbare 611 Prozent auf 105,2 Millionen Dollar. Noch besser sah es beim Bruttogewinn aus Minen-Operationen aus. Dieser schoss um 790 Prozent auf 87,2 Millionen Dollar in die Höhe. Der Netto-Ertrag summierte sich auf 58,34 Millionen Dollar (1,10 Dollar je Aktie), nachdem ein Jahr zuvor noch ein Verlust von 23 Millionen Dollar ausgewiesen wurde. Angesichts des außergewöhnlich dynamischen Turnarounds will das Unternehmen für 2011 eine Dividende von 50 Cents (insgesamt 26,5 Millionen Dollar) ausschütten. Leisten können sich die Amerikaner die Dividenden-Zahlung locker. Denn obwohl man 2011 104.251 eigene Aktien zu einem Durchschnittspreis von 18,69 Dollar erworben hat, ist der Barmittel-Bestand bei Banken von 48 auf 52 Millionen Dollar gestiegen.

Zu dem wahrlich sensationellen Zahlenwerk entscheidend beigetragen haben zweifellos die hohen Goldpreise. Aber auch eine deutliche Ausweitung der Produktionsmenge war für den Rekordumsatz und den Sprung in die schwarzen Zahlen verantwortlich. So konnte der Gold-Ausstoß um 531 Prozent von 10.439 auf 66.159 Unzen gesteigert werden. In diesem Zusammenhang reduzierten sich die Förderkosten um 37 Prozent von 217 auf 136 Dollar je Unze. Diese ungewöhnlich niedrigen Cashkosten werden es dem Unternehmen erlauben, seinen aggressiven Wachstumskurs selbst bei leicht nachgebenden Gold-Notierungen fortzusetzen. Im aktuellen Jahr sollen Firmenangaben zufolge 120.000 bis 150.000 Unzen des gelben Metalls das Licht der Welt erblicken. Die Förderkosten sollen sich zwischen 50 und 150 Dollar je Unze Gold-Äquivalent bewegen und lassen damit genügend Spielraum für ansehnliche Gewinnmargen auch bei fallenden Goldpreisen.  

Fazit:

Die phänomenalen Geschäftszahlen für 2011 zeigen, warum die Aktie derzeit nicht allzu weit von ihren Höchstständen entfernt notiert. Sofern die Unternehmensplanungen für das laufende Jahr im Wesentlichen eingehalten werden können, sollte es jedoch nicht mehr allzu lange dauern, bis das Papier den zähen Widerstand bei etwa 21 Euro nach oben durchbricht. Obgleich die Aktie tendenzielles weiteres Aufwärtspotenzial besitzt, ist mit einer nochmaligen Kurs-Verzehnfachung ganz sicherlich nicht zu rechnen.

ist wohl nicht sooo toll (ca. 3% divi-rendite), aber zusammen mit dem Kurspotential erscheint mir die Aktie als lohnendes Invest. Gerade in den letzten Tagen hat sie sich prima entwickelt.

ich gern als Bonus mit. Kleines Highlight ist aber das man sich die Dividende auf Wunsch in richtigen Gold oder Silber in ein Depot auszahlen lassen kann :)). Ok bei meiner Shareanzahl hätte ich jetzt wohl 0,005 Gramm Goldstaub im Depot ;))

Damit gleichbleibend wie im letzten Monat; sicherlich nicht der Burner, aber ein schönes "Zuckerl" obendrauf. Ich denke, der Kurs wird sich nach dem letzten Absturz vor ein paar Monaten schnell erholen und stellt momentan einen ganz guten Einstiegsmoment dar.

und ich liebe monatliche Dividendenauszahlungen, wenigsten mal ein paar kleine schwarze Zahlen in meiner Kontoübersicht ;)

interessieren, dann kann ich Dir "Prospect Capital"  (NASDAQ - PSEC) empfehlen. Große Kurssprünge sind da wohl nicht drin, aber regelmäßige und zuverlässige Dividenden (Rendite z.Zt. ca 10,2%). Halte die Aktie schon ziemlich lang, ist ein schönes Taschengeld.

hm finde die Aktie im Moment fair bewertet, gibt Produzenten die machen das doppelte an Unzen und sind etwas höher bewertet. Vielleicht 20-30%

Also war die Aktie wahrscheinlich vorher überbewertet.

durch den stark gefallenen Kurs liegt die Dividendenrendite jetzt fast bei 5%. Daneben gibts noch viel Luft nach oben bei Turnaround. Günstiger Zeitpunkt um nochmals nachzulegen.

Heute wurde die nächste Dividende verkündet. Wie erwartet liegt sie wieder bei 6 Cents. auszahlungstermin ist der 25. Februar. Bei den Kursen erreicht man eine Dividendenrendite von über 5%. Ein schönes monatliches Taschengeld.

Hihi, na da bin ich ja gerade noch rechtzeitig zur Dividendenkürzung eingestiegen...lol...aber was soll's. Ich denke, das ist nur temporär.  

Die 8% Steuern die Mexiko nun noch zusätzlich haben will, die sind wohl nicht temporär sondern werden auch in Zukunft den Ertag schmälern. Steuern bleiben. Soli bei uns sollte auch nur kurzfristig sein !

Ich sprach doch davon, dass ich die Dividendenkürzung für temporär halte. Von Steuern hatte ich doch gar nichts geschrieben...

werden aber auch in Zukunft den Ertrag verkleinern ! Deshalb wirds es wohl längere Zeit bei den gekürzten Dividenden bleiben.

Die haben nicht nur zum Spaß die Dividende gekürzt !

8 Prozent Bergbausteuer und die Kürzung der Dividende auf 0,01 USD den Kurs nicht weiter drückt.

Irgendwann schießt der Goldkurs auch wieder nach oben, wenn es da Gold Resource noch gibt und keine großartige Verwäßerung stattfindet, wird es noch eine schöne Zeit hier :))

@kalleari: So gesehen stimmt das mit der Steuer natürlich.

Ich bleibe auf jeden Fall trotzdem mal drin und mal sehen...vielleicht kann man die Position ja mal günstig ausbauen. Für die besseren Dividendenzeiten, die sicher irgendwann auch mal wieder kommen.

Ca. 85 Tsd. Unzen in 2013, davon knapp 21 Tsd. in Q4. Nachdem die mit dem jüngst abgeschlossenen  Kapazitätsausbau der Mühle verbundenen finanziellen Belastungen geleistet sind, geht es 2014 kostenmäßig wohl deutlich geruhsamer ab. Gold Resource Corporation Announces Preliminary First Quarter Production Results

Gold Resource Corporation (NYSE American: GORO) (the “Company”) announces its preliminary first quarter results that includes the sale of 3,557 ounces of gold and 216,535 ounces of silver resulting in total gold equivalent (“AuEq”) ounces of 5,965. Additionally, the company sold 1,682 tonnes of zinc, 264 tonnes of copper, and 667 tonnes of lead.

Übernahme? Das Unternehmen ist jetzt deutlich tiefer bewertet.
Eine mögliche Übernahme wäre nicht auszuschließen.
Die beim Tief zu ca. 0,125 € hier eingestiegen sind, haben denke ich ganz gute Karten..
Der Kursrückgang ist ja auf einen deutlichen Produktionsrückgang zurückzuführen laut der Nachricht
von November..

Ich schaue es mir gerne an..Also investiert bin ich hier nicht..Vielleicht noch nicht :)
Wenn es zu keiner Übernahme kommt und Silber in Richtung 40 , 42 oder gar 48 € geht, sehe ich hier aber
Musik in der Aktie..Das die Aktie reagiert, sieht man im Jahr 2016 und 2020 deutlich..
