TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 22, 2007) - Forsys Metals Corp. (the "Company" or "Forsys") (TSX:FSY) would like to announce, that further to its press releases dated December 20, 2006 and February 26, 2007, it has completed the acquisition of 70% of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Ancash Investments (Pty) Ltd. ("Ancash").

Pursuant to the terms of the share purchase agreement dated February 28, 2007 (the "Agreement") the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding securities (the "Acquisition") in the capital of Mega Diamond Development Limited ("Mega"), which owns 70% of all of the issued and outstanding securities of Ancash. In addition, the Company was granted the option to acquire an additional 20% interest in Ancash for a period of three (3) years from closing.

As consideration, the Company paid $1,000,000 CDN and issued an aggregate of 4,750,000 common shares in the capital of the Company and 4,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one (1) common share in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $6.66 per share at any time until March 13, 2010. In addition, the Company issued an aggregate of 300,000 common shares to an arm's length third party as a finder's fee. The common shares issued pursuant to the Acquisition are subject to a four month hold period which expires on July 14, 2007.

On closing of the Acquisition and pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the agreement entered into between the Company and Ancash dated December 10, 2006, as announced in a press release dated December 20, 2006, has been terminated.

Subject to regulatory approval, Mr. Zacky Nujoma will be appointed to the board of directors of the Company and Messieurs Peter Berthold and Ivan Lee will be nominated for election to the board of directors at the next annual meeting of shareholders.

Forsys with a strong balance sheet of over $53 million continues to enhance shareholder value by advancing the Valencia uranium deposit to production and exploring its pipeline of uranium projects in Namibia, Africa.

Shares Outstanding: 69,541,755

Subject to regulatory approval, Mr. Zacky Nujoma will be appointed to the board of directors of the Company and Messieurs Peter Berthold and Ivan Lee will be nominated for election to the board of directors at the next annual meeting of shareholders.

ich möchte die Party nicht stören, aber meiner meinung nach wird Forsys bis Anfang nächster Woche wieder bis kanpp 5€ zurückgehen.
Wenn sich die erste hysterie gelegt hat.
Anschließend wird sie weiter steigen.

natürlich geht sie bis auf 5 oder kurz drüber zurück um dann wieder zu steigen. so ist das bei guten aktien. kennst du das änders??? so wollen wir es ja. immer mal wieder günstig zukaufen, um dann wieder zuzulegen. oder wie verdienst du dein geld??

wird am samstag auf Make Money,Forsys zum Kaufen empfehlen...

hoffentlich ist das nicht der anfang vom ende...

Frick hat zwar wie du schon sagst Forsys schon öfters bei MAKE MONEY angesprochen aber immer gesagt auf Rücksetzer warten die dann nie so gekommen sind. Aber dieses mal will er sie ausdrücklich zum Kauf empfehlen. Ob sich der Kurs jedoch dadurch bewegt ist trotzdem fraglich . In Deutschland wird er sich sicherlich bewegen dann kommt es halt darauf an ob die Kanadier auch mitziehen. Lassen wir uns überraschen wies kommt . Läuft ja auch ohne den Mehlwurm super.

das er den kurs noch sonderlich pushen kann, er will sicher mit von der partie sein, wenn die news raus sind, dadurch ist es leichter zu sagen er habe es angekündigt!!!

da siehst du mal wie dumm verschiedene deutsche/europa anleger sind ...

dass die einfach nicht verstehn dass der kurs nicht hier gemacht wird ...
raufkaufen bis 5,9 gestern z.b ... aber das war schon so oft der fall und bevor canada und usa oeffnen droppen die deutschen wieder ...

so ein schwachsinn... so eine aktie kauft mann entweder morgens frueh direkt oder gegen 14h00 oder am abend nach der kursoeffnung in canada/usa ... alle die gegen mittag am hoechstkurs kaufen der ueber pari liegt sind total bescheuert !

also ob er hier was am Kurs dreht ist fraglich und das kann jeder sehen wie er will. Aber wenn man die Fakten betrachtet, wird er Morgen in einem Fernsehsender diese Aktie empfehlen. Das wiederum hat er noch nie gemacht, wenn er sich nicht absolut sicher war, dass noch möglichkeiten für steigende Kurse vorhanden sind.
Ich würde also auch sagen, schön festhalten an der guten Forsys denn Zuschauer vergraueln verkürzt einschaltquoten!!!

Der jagt doch bloß tote Saun durchs Dorf ohne Substanz.
Bei Forsys bewegt der wie schon vorher gesagt nicht
die Bohne. Und bedenkt bitte, Make Money wird immer
am Donnerstag 13 Uhr aufgezeichnet. Also sind dem MF
die Kurse danach ( gestern Abend und heute) schon weggerannt.
Ja, ja wer zu spät kommt...
Und gestern waren wir immer unter Pari zu CAD.
Allen Investierten einen guten ertragreichen Freitag. Möge
die 6,xx vor dem Komma für immer stehen.

P.S. halte selbst ein größeres Paket von Forsys

Wann geht ihre raus ? Habe vor 2 Tagen noch dick von 6.50 getönt, aber die werden wohl schneller erreicht als mir lieb ist.

Irgendwann korrigiert Forsys auch mal wieder.

Allerdings besteht dann das Problem, dass ich mich wahrscheinlich nicht mehr traue mit einem Brocken Geld wieder einzusteigen (nach den Gewinnmitnahmen) ... grübel ?!?

stay long ! sehe es long term lass dein geld drin und lass sie laufen bis feb maerz 2008
ich tippe wenn alles gut lauft auf 13-14 euro
dann hast die gewinne steuerfrei oder ? und hast einen verfielfacher !
nur so ist geld verdient immer den kursen hinterher laufen ist doch nix ...

hier jetzt mit 20+ raus in die naechste da mit -5 raus etc...
bleib doch drin und hol dir mal 200 oder mehr ?!
