Auch die sehr guten Zahlenwerte sind positiv, Erwartungen für 2018 (ob schon revidiert ???)

derzeit wird keine Dividende gezahlt, würde nur 1/2 des Gewinns ausgeschüttet, würde die Rendite 6.7% betragen.
