Es muss einmal die Frage gestellt werden, wer oder was ist dieses RFP-Gremium
und warum überhaupt eine Notwendigkeit bestehen soll, diesem Gremium zu folgen.

Es handelt sich also um eine Beratungs- und Bewertungsinstition der drei Staaten Connecticut, Rhode Island und Massachusetts.
Dieses Institiution ist nun der Meinung, dass es bessere Projekte gäbe um Qualitätsstandards im Bereich Neue Energien zu verwirklichen.
Die Frage ist, ob es sich nur um ein Klugscheißergremium handelt oder ob die Beacon Falls tatsächlich verhindern können.
Offensichtlich nicht, denn FCEL hat bereits angekündigt, das Projekt auch ohne das RFP "Gütesiegel" zu verwirklichen. Die Genehmigung von Beacon Falls County hat man ja bereits und die Verträge stehen auch alle.
Also, ich denke Beacon Falls wird trotzdem kommen.
Den ganzen Quatsch hätte man sich eigentlich sparen können.
