I wish to become the best at what I do through hard work, customer service, people skills, maximizing time management and marketing options as well as expanding my business to become the largest mortgage business in the estate of Florida. I have closed several deals in Mortgage and in Real Estate, from single family residences to high rise buildings, including new constructions, re-sale, condo-conversion, foreclose properties, rehabilitation properties, with deferred maintenance, condo hotels, co-ops and others.
