Marmion Industries Corp Announces Receipt of $895,000.00 Contract
HOUSTON, July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIO) (M6IA.F) announced today that it has entered into a contract with Drymalla Construction, Ltd. of Columbus, Texas to perform all HVAC work in connection with the construction of the Thompson Elementary Replacement School located in Houston, Texas. Under the terms of this contract, Marmion would receive up to $895,180.00 for this project upon successful completion, not including change orders that may increase the amount of the initial contract. This is the contract referenced in the letter of intent from May 2, 2006. Construction is expected to begin in early October of 2006 and should be completed by the end of April of 2007.
