Disclaimer: I am long on this stick if you haven't already noticed. These are just my honest opinions. Don't trade based on anything I say. You can love me or hate me just make sure you verify everything I say yourself because you just might realize this stock is going to explode.
Let me start off by saying that those of you who have been watching NEOM since it's last year spike to $0.25+ understand that it occurred due in part to speculation that it would receive the sole patent rights to "System And Method For Using An Ordinary Article Of Commerce To Access A Remote Computer"
It took almost a year for that to come to fruition but it finally happened just a couple weeks ago:

Now let's forward to just a little of a week later when the stock ran to $0.05 from slightly lower than the range it's at now. At first I thought it was just another promo but when filings hit just yesterday morning ALL BETS WERE ON...

THAT my friends, is the real reason the stock ran to the price it did. Now it would make sense to me that they knew Forms 3 & 4 would have to be filed and be released by today so they in my opinion, were hoping if they stopped the buying temporarily the price would drop and they could start buying again. Having watched the L2 all day for the past two days I was thinking of buying a position simply because I have a very strong feeling this is going to run to $0.25+ again and wanted to go long. Then yesterday around lunch time I was looking at the L2 and just when there was a trade around $0.0162 I kept seeing bids of 3,000,000-5,000,000. pop up for 5-10 seconds. The stock was going wild and I was having a hard time even getting filled and I was placing an order above the ask trying to get in at $0.02 and finally got filled just a tad lower. This indicates to me that someone wants to get filled really bad and I'm thinking that they have more shares they want to buy.
Now let's pause the story here, because this next part is really important. You might say to yourself, okay well it could just be a promoter trying to front load a couple $100,000 dollars because we know they have the money to do it. Then you might ask if that's not the case then why would Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong's, MD company Global Grid be so interested in NEOM? Well here it is:

In the video above BILLIONAIRE Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, MD discusses his breakthrough plan to restructure the health care system and he point blank talks about the use of the smart phone's brain for object recognition, landmarks & text to help the visually impaired. He says there are 314 MILLION visually impaired worldwide (go to 31:41) and talks about a "living newspaper" which uses the 2D/3D barcode technology but instead of using just a QR code he's using pictures to link to other remote information i.e. NEOM's patent above. Earlier in the video he discusses low energy technology & more reaching powers of 60 GHz for WiGig connectivity! That's 20 times faster than the latest consumer level desktop system on average! Imagine being able to place "QR codes" which can be anytype of image in the body and being able to monitor vital signs & medicine administration as the doctor discusses in the video. This is why Dr. Soon-Shiong in my opinion is attempting to BUY OUT NEOM!
