Shares of Chi Cheung Investment Co Ltd (0112.HK: Quote, Profile , Research) more than doubled to hit a HK$6.50 after its controlling parent Chinese Estates Holdings Ltd (0127.HK: Quote, Profile , Research) said it planned to sell eight property interests in China and Macau to Chi Cheung for HK$10.45 billion (US$1.34 billion), and would buy 11 Hong Kong property interests from the unit for up to HK$706.1 million.
