CANICKEL RECEIVED $20 MILLION DISTRIBUTION FROM WELCAN PARTNERSHIP

Canickel Mining Ltd. has received a $20-million distribution from Welichem Research General Partnership, in which the company is a partner. Welichem Partnership was formed in 2017 after shareholder approval during the June, 2017, special shareholders meeting. There is no certainty whether any additional distribution will be received. The company intends to pay down $20-million to its debts owed to its largest shareholder.

Canickel is a Canadian junior mining company that owns the Bucko Lake nickel mine, currently on care and maintenance, near Wabowden, Man. The company also holds nickel, copper and platinum group mineral projects in the Thompson nickel belt.
