"CDAD" is composed of industry, university and government experts on epidemiology, immunology, animal nutrition, virology, biostatistics, pathology and animal production. David Stewart believes their cumulative presence could be impactful of world events. Dr. Joseph Cummins, President of Amarillio Biosciences, recently announced the formation of CDAD to prepare possible government responses in the event foreign animal diseases are introduced into the U.S. livestock industry.
