(aktiencheck.de AG) - Das kanadische Unternehmen Bayswater Uranium Corp. (ISIN CA0731731067/ WKN A0KE57) hat eine Joint Venture-Vereinbarung mit Otis Capital Corp. getroffen.

Demnach kann Otis Capital eine Beteiligung von bis zu 75% an dem Goldprojekt Kilgore in Clark County, Idaho, und an den beiden Goldliegenschaften Hai und Gold Bug in Lemhi Counties, Idaho, erwerben.

Die Liegenschaft Kilgore erstreckt sich über fünf Quadratmeilen. Im Jahr 2002 wurde eine Ressourcenschätzung gemäß NI 43-101 abgeschlossen, die auf Ressourcen (indicated) von 218.000 Unzen Gold (7,043 Mrd. Tonnen Gestein mit einem durchschnittlichen Goldgehalt von 0,031 ppm) hinwies.

Auf den Liegenschaften Hai and Gold Bug sind weitere Explorationsarbeiten notwendig, um bestimmen zu können, ob hier signifikante Goldmineralisierungen vorhanden sind. 20080611 0805 redaktion@aktiencheck.de
