Nachdem durchgesickert ist, daß die 4 beteiligten Ministerien in Malaysia ein Treffen abgehalten haben, mit dem Ziel, Lynas eine Zurückverfrachtung des belasteten Materials nach Australien vorzuschreiben, bedeutet dies eine enorme Mehrbelastung für Lynas. Damit könnte man die Demonstrationen eindämmen, würde aber Lynas enorm schaden, denn die hatten die Absicht, das belastete Material in einer Deponie 7 km von der Betriebsstätte entfernt abzukippen.  Mit diesen Zusatzkosten wäre Arafura nicht belastet, sodaß dessen Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung wesentlich besser aussehen wird. Das eröffnet die Hoffnung, daß auch die Banken das so sehen hinsichtlich einer Finanzierung.

Thyssen Krupp hat auch die Demonstrationsanlage an der Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation  besucht. Ob es im Hinblick auf die Lynas-Probleme mit Radioaktivität auch in Australien Ärger geben könnte? Wollte man sich hierzu eine Meinung einholen?
Die Haltung der Regierung dazu in Australien wird man wohl bald erfahren.
Lynas ist nämlich von der Regierung in Malaysia aufgefordert worden, einen offiziellen Antrag in Australien auf Einfuhr der leicht radioaktiven Abfälle zu stellen. Die Reaktion der australischen Behörden  wird auch für Arafura interessant sein .

Kaum, dass sich die Preise für Seltene Erden und deren Explorationsgesellschaften von ihren Tiefstwerten erholt haben, erscheinen wieder umfangreiche Publikationen, die nach meiner Auffassung geeignet sind, nur neue Verwirrungen zu stiften. Zugegeben, die chinesische Publikationsstrategie ist verwirrend und sicherlich in keinster Weise zuverlässig, weil im Reich der Mitte viele verschiedenen Strömungen diese Veröffentlichungen beeinflussen, also die Vorstellungen der Zentralgewalt einerseits, der Versuch der Provinzregierungen andererseits, diese Zentralgewalt teils zu umgehen und ihr eigenes Süppchen zu kochen und die noch immer teilweise in der Illegalität arbeitenden REO-Unternehmen vor den Verfügungen der Zentralregierung zu verschonen. Alles in allem ist die Lage verwirrend..

demnächst erneuert werden oder sehe ich das falsch? Der bisherige LOI läuft doch aus ?!

Nun bewegen wir uns mit riesen Schritten auf den Kurs zu den ich in den beiden Beiträgen schon vor Monaten erwähnt habe.Ich werde mit überlegen in dem Bereich von 0,18 eine erste Position wieder aufzubauen,vielleicht übernimmt ja jemand diesen Schrotthaufen.Das wären dann ca.70% unter meinem damaligen Verkaufswert von rund 0,44 Euro.Wünsche den übriggebliebenen Optimisten weiterhin ein gutes Durchhaltevermögen und viel Glück mit diesem vom ehemaligen absolut unfähigen Managment vor die Wand gefahrenen Projekt.
