Die Firma ist wertlos.
Eine einzige Person arbeitet da, und betreibt ein wenig Altkleiderhandel, wenn ich das recht verstehe.
Im übrigen wird Geld für Werbung für "Algodyne Ethanol" ausgegeben, das man sich von den Aktionären holt. Diese Firma macht aber sonst gar nichts, oder hab ich das falsch verstanden?

Aus dem autorisierten Kapital bezahlen sie zB schrittweise die 1 Mio für die Werbung auf den Rennwagen. Sie *müssen* also schrittweise neue Aktien in den Markt geben.
