Actress Sharon Stone and co-star David Morrissey were among the stars to attend the world premiere of Basic Instinct 2 in London.
Basic Instinct 2: Risk Addiction sees the actress reprise her role as killer Catherine Trammell, with Morrissey as the psychiatrist who assesses her.
Stone, 48, said she was "thrilled" to see Morrissey naked for the raunchy film's nude scenes.
Michael Douglas starred in the original film, which was released in 1992.
Stone said the new film contained more nudity and "kinky" scenes than the first one.
She added that she loved being in London, where the film is set.
Ex-footballer Stan Collymore played for Liverpool and England
Stone, who was nominated for a best actress Oscar for Casino, said: "I'm so happy to be here because I love it so much.
"But I can't move here permanently because I'd kill myself in Harvey Nichols. I'd be broke in a week."
Morrissey's character is called in to evaluate Catherine Tramell, played by Stone, after the mysterious death of a sports star character played by former footballer Stan Collymore.
Collymore's character dies in an underwater opening scene, which almost ended in disaster during filming when Stone's heel became stuck in a submerged car.
Celebrity Big Brother contestant Pete Burns attended
Celebrities to attend the premiere included actor Christian Slater, former Blue singer Antony Costa and Celebrity Big Brother contestants Jodie Marsh and Maggot.
The original film saw Michael Douglas play a detective investigating a series of sexually motivated murders, with Stone's character as the main suspect.
Hollywood actors Benjamin Bratt and Kurt Russell were linked to the sequel's leading male role, but Stone reportedly chose Morrissey, declaring him to be "funny and talented and sexy".
