U.S. expansion planned for AdultShop.com

Australia, January 21st, 2000 - AdultShop.com Limited, Australia's
first listed erotic 'e-tailer', today announced that negotiations
have begun to acquire several adult businesses in the United States.
This announcement comes earlier than initially planned, following
Managing Director, Malcolm Day's return from a successful U.S.
business trip last week.
Mr Day commenced acquisition negotiations with a number of leading,
established and profitable U.S. based 'e-tailers' of adult products.
These acquisitions will provide AdultShop.com with a significant
U.S. presence.
"The companies we have targeted are established players in the
U.S. market, currently the largest and most lucrative market for
e-commerce," says Mr Day.
"The proposed acquisitions will give the Company access to a wealth
of e-commerce expertise and will provide the Company with a large
existing customer base but more importantly the acquisitions will
enable the Company to fulfil orders locally within the U.S."
"These strategic acquisitions will provide an instant market presence,
in what is considered, the e-commerce centre of the world," adds
Mr Day.
AdultShop.com plans to establish offices in the U.S. within the
next few months.

Akquisitionen werden AdultShop.com eine signifikante Rolle im US
Markt verschaffen.
