O/S ca. 90 mio CityXpress Corp.: News Release Cityxpress Corp (USOTC:CYXP) Intraday Stock Chart CityXpress Corp. (PINK SHEETS: CYXP) is pleased to announce that David Roff has agreed to acquire control of the Company by way of the purchase of 61,684,182 shares of the Company's 86,468,459 outstanding shares from five sellers, being Phil Dubois, Ken Bradley, Vasile Orhei, Roger Kong and Michael Togyi (the "Change of Control"). The Change of Control will also involve the resignation of the current directors and officers and the appointment of David Roff as the sole director and the sole officer holding the positions of President, Chief Executive Office, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Chief Operating Officer. The Change of Control is subject to the British Columbia Securities Commission issuing an order partially revoking the existing cease trade order which was issued by the Commission on May 14, 2009 and varied on June 10, 2009. If the Commission does partially revoke the cease trade order in order to allow the Change of Control, the cease trade order will otherwise remain in force until the Company has filed all outstanding continuous disclosure documents and it has then obtained a further order from the Commission revoking the cease trade order.
