SANHA GmbH & Co. KG reports positive business performance in the first quarter of 2025

• Revenues increase by 3.5% to EUR 31.8 million
• Gross profit margin above previous year; EBITDA rises to EUR 5.6 million, EBITDA margin at 17.7%
• Stable outlook for 2025

Essen, 30 April 2025 – SANHA GmbH & Co. KG, one of the leading manufacturers of piping systems, closed the first quarter of 2025 in a still challenging market environment with slightly higher revenues and a further improvement in operating earnings.

Revenues rose to EUR 31.8 million (previous year: EUR 30.8 million), primarily as a result of strong business in the refrigeration and industrial sectors and positive developments in the markets of Eastern Europe, the USA, and Australia. At EUR 20.2 million, gross profit was significantly above the previous year's level (EUR 18.5 million) and is mainly attributable to a more favorable product mix. The Group achieved EBITDA of EUR 5.6 million (previous year: EUR 5.2 million), corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 17.7%. Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to EUR 4.1 million, compared with EUR 3.8 million in the previous year. As a result, the EBIT margin increased to 13.0%. Earnings before taxes in the first quarter amounted to around EUR 2.9 million (previous year: EUR 2.6 million). The reasons for the company's continued earnings power are the investments made in recent years in automation and digitalization, a consistently strict cost discipline, and the targeted strategy of internationalization and diversification.

The order pipeline remains well filled, supporting the continuation of the positive business trend into the second quarter. Despite ongoing geopolitical crises and global disruptions, the management expects business to remain stable in 2025, primarily due to the successful diversification across countries and industries.
