Sun Microsystems (SUNW) shares tumbled 93 cents, or 19 percent, to trade at $3.85 Wednesday following the company's poor earnings and revenue report. Sun topped the Nasdaq Composite Index's ($COMPQ) most-actives list with more than 63 million shares exchanged, and helped pull the tech-heavy index down almost 7 points to 1,699.51. Other benchmark tech issues on the decline included Dell (DELL) , Cisco Systems (CSCO) , and Oracle (ORCL)
