Mr. Thomas Meredith reports
VEDRON EXTENDS WARRANT EXPIRY DATES
Vedron Gold Inc. proposed an extension of its W-054, W-061, W-062 and W-063 series of warrants, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The W-054 series of warrants, comprising a total of 2.5 million warrants, issued on the Sept. 8, 2005, are currently exercisable at 35 cents for one common share of the company until the March 8, 2007. The proposed extension will keep the same terms, other than extending the expiry date until the Sept. 7, 2007.
The W-061, W-062 and W-063 series of warrants, comprising a total of 2,456,167 warrants, issued during the month of May, 2006, are currently exercisable at 66 cents for one common share of the company until the Dec. 29, 2006. The proposed extension will keep the same terms, other than extending the expiry date until the June 29, 2007.
--> Müssten wir dann nicht eigentlich irgendwo
zwischen 0,35 Dollar und 0,66 Dollar stehen?
Wenn rund 2,5 Millionen warrants nun bis 29. Juni 2007
zu einem Preis von 0,66 Dollar eingelöst werden können,
dann macht es wenig Sinn, wenn wir bei 0,34 Dollar stehen, oder?
