As per Rick Bachman, President of Urex Energy Corp., please be informed that Urex has had unanticipated problems in permitting its exploration programs in Argentina and New Mexico – The Company believes that in both areas will eventually be allowed to proceed with the exploration programs – In Argentina with the Chubut provincial elections complete and with the Province now allowing normal exploration to continue – Urex expects to continue its exploration program this month or next upon Governmental approval – once the approval is obtained, the Company will finish an Airborne Magnetic and Radiometric Geophysical Survey over Urex’s properties and start drilling south of the Cerro Solo Uranium Deposit on the Urex property in New Mexico; Urex with the Uranium Producers of American (Urex is a Member of UPA) are working with both State and Federal regulators to clear the way for approval of Urex’s exploration permit – the UPA is supporting Urex’s exploration permit as it’s members are also in line with their own permits - News Releases will be forth coming in the next few weeks clarifying these situations. The most recent set of financials for the period ending June 30, 2007 can be viewed at: www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1182737/...1850/form10qsb.htm. As progress is achieved, you will be informed.
Sincerely,
Brad Long – Investor Relations
