Unico Inc. (www.unicomining.com) is a publicly traded natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector that is focused on the exploration, development and production of gold, silver, lead, zinc, and copper concentrates at its three mine properties: the Deer Trail Mine, the Bromide Basin Mine and the Silver Bell Mine.

The Deer Trail Mine, located in Marysvale, Utah has been the subject of two recent exploratory drilling programs, a reverse circulation drill program and a diamond core drilling program.  Unico has received approval of a Large-Scale Mining Operations and Reclamation Plan, giving the company the ability to expand its existing small mining project to a large mining operation and execute its long-term plan at the Deer Trail Mine.

A key element of this plan is the completion of the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail site to establish this operation as a revenue center for the Company.  Once this facility is complete, the Company can begin processing current stockpiles of precious metal bearing ore and sell the concentrates to generate revenue for the Company in the near term.  Initiating mining activities at the Bromide Basin Mine and Silver Bell Mine are included in the Company’s comprehensive strategy to bring value to Unico’s shareholders.

Unico, Incorporated (OTCBB: UCOI), a natural resource company in the precious metals mining sector, today announced the addition of a new photo gallery to the company's website showing recent reconstruction progress at the mill and processing facility at the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah. The photo gallery, which is located in the multimedia section of the Unico website at www.unicomining.com./news/othermedia.php also includes pictures of additional ongoing screening plant activity at the site.

The new photo gallery includes pictures of the pouring of concrete for the thickener cone and the installation of the main support that holds the thickener rakes. The company will next begin the construction of the second and final lift of steel plates for the thickener.

The Denver Mineral jig, which is used to capture any free gold from the process slurry that is not recoverable in the floatation circuit, was recently painted and there are several pictures of the jig in the gallery. The jig will be installed in line in the floatation circuit after the Krebs cyclone.

Another section of the new photo gallery contains pictures of screening plant operations at the Deer Trail Mine. The screening plant has continued screening material from the first targeted dump areas, and additional dumps areas at the Deer Trail Mine are being sampled and assayed to determine the most economical fraction for screening.

There are also several pictures of the pouring of concrete for the additional retaining wall on the ramp leading into the new mill building and an exterior staircase.
