PTS Inc. Subsidiary Signs with Major Restaurant Chain for ADA Compliance Inspections

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2006--Disability Access Consultants Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PTS Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH - News), has executed a Letter of Intent agreement with a major international Quick Service Restaurant chain (QSR) to conduct Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance inspections for a significant number of stores. Although confidentiality provisions prohibit the dissemination of the name of the QSR, the Letter of Intent does initiate commitments for inspections for up to several thousands of the QSR\'s locations.
"Based on terms of the LOI, inspections of the quick service restaurant retail stores have started nationwide," stated Barbara Thorpe, president of DAC Inc.
