The Company continues to be under a DTC “chill” where DTC, at their discretion restrict or not allow the electronic processing of a company's shares.  We have been in communication with the DTC to remove the “chill” through a process communicated to the Company on August 23, 2012.  It will require some time to remove this DTC “chill.”  In the interim, the "chill" does not preclude either the purchasing or selling of our shares with the use of paper certificates in the traditional manner. The Company is aware that Merrill Lynch, for example, has been doing this type of transaction with our shares.

hat YA doch nach einem heftigen durch eine Pressemitteilung ausgelösten Anstieg, Aktien auf den Markt geschmissen. Heute wurden aber unterhalb bid bedient, so als hätte da jemand ordentlich zu gelangt.
