Im letzten filing zur Registrierung weiterer Aktien zum resale waren es bereits 643 Mio.
"As of June 22, 2023, we had outstanding 643,376,440 shares of Common Stock"
Und da kommen m.E. die Aktien und warrants aus dem filing noch drauf. Bei letzterem bin ich aber nicht sicher, weil die Angaben im filing für mich zum Teil nicht nachvollziehbar sind.
"On June 22, 2023 and June 26, 2023, the Company and certain of the investors entered into letter agreements (the “Investment Rights Letter Agreements”) pursuant to which such investors agreed to that in lieu of the issuance and delivery by the Company of 622,701,003 shares of Series D Preferred Stock pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Company would issue 165,357,735 shares of Common Stock and Pre-Funded Warrants exercisable for 457,343,268 shares of Common Stock. The Company also issued Warrants exercisable for 684,971,101 shares of Common Stock. Warrants exercisable for 590,539,767 shares of Common Stock have an exercise price of $0.1601 per share and Warrants exercisable for 32,161,236 shares of Common Stock have an exercise price of $0.1696 per share."
Zu den 643 Mio, die es schon gab, kommen demnach weitere rd. 623 Mio hinzu. Dafür flossen 100 Mio $ an Mullen.
Und weitere 685 Mio können für 0,16 pro Stück bezogen werden.
