ist ja wieder richtig was los hier am WE,
also was jetzt kommt oder auch nicht ist alles reine Spekulation am besten
wäre es wenn man nicht alles bis zum Erbrechen ausdiskutiert und einfach
wartet auf die Dinge die da kommen.

Jeder hier hat seinen Standpunkt und von dem lässt er sich auch nicht abbringen
also sollte auch jeder entscheiden ob und was er jetzt tut.

Ich werde natürlich weiter am Ball bleiben und abwarten was sich hier in den
nächsten Wochen tun wird.

Interessant wären jetzt mal Meinungen von Leuten die diese Aktie nicht kennen
und ein unabhängiges Urteil abgeben würden, das würde dem einen oder anderen
vielleicht weiterhelfen.

Also...ich kann nur jedem empfehlen einen Englischkurs zu absolvieren falls er beabsichtigt in OTC Stocks zu investieren.
Eine PR kann jeder übersetzten und interpretieren...aber selbst mit dem besten Englisch wirds bei den Filings relativ schwer...dazu benötigt man eher ein Jurastudium oder ähnliches.... :))

Fakt ist...es handelt sich neuerdings um "restructed+restricted" convertibles...somit ist YA ein INVESTOR...lasst euch keine Angst machen gerade jetzt wo alles erst anfängt !!!
Wer Shares hat kann glücklich sein denke ich..egal zu welchem Preis er eingekauft hat !!

aber das hatten wir in dieser Form schon einmal und genütz hat es doch nicht.

Gibt immer Mittel und Wege diese Regelung ausser Kraft zu setzen.

Es würde nur was helfen wenn man dieses short selling absolut verbieten und es unter Androhung von einer sehr sehr hohen Geldstrafe stellen würde.

Bis jetzt sagt man höchstens "du du du, dass darfst du aber nicht" aber gegen an gehen tut bis jetzt niemand.

Sollte das wirklich mal vorbei sein, hat man erst dann eine faire Chance.

und denkt daran ab heute bis zum 28.3. wird in USA und Kanada eine Stunde
früher gehandelt da die schon ihre Uhren auf Sommerzeit gestellt haben.

Ab dem 31.3. läuft dann alles wieder wie gewohnt denn dann haben wir
ja auch Sommerzeit.

Also die nächsten 3 Wochen ist eher Feierabend ;-)
