Intelect Adds Board Member With Extensive Telecom and Networking Experience
RICHARDSON, Texas, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Intelect Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICOM), a leader in intelligent optical networking
solutions, announced today that David H. Yedwab has joined the Company's Board of Directors and will also be a member of the board's audit
and compensation committees. Mr. Yedwab is Executive Vice President of The Eastern Management Group and manages the Group's public
and private networking practices, which have included recent engagements regarding the business implications of the technology transformation
occurring in telecommunications networks because of the emergence of the Internet and the challenges and opportunities for private and public
networks. In addition he has advised on market and distribution requirements and strategies for equipment manufacturers and distributors.
