Mamma.com Inc.: Shareholders Approve Name Change of Intasys Corporation

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 2004--Intasys Corporation, (the "Company"), (NASDAQ: INTA - News), At a special meeting of the shareholders on January 6, 2004, the change of name of the corporation to Mamma.com Inc. was approved. The change of the Company's name to Mamma.com Inc. has been filed. The Company's ticker symbol will be MAMA effective Monday January 12, 2004.
David Goldman, Intasys Chairman and CEO stated: "Mamma.com Inc. reflects our commitment to grow the mamma.com metasearch engine and the on-line direct marketing services. The Company is currently in the final stages of concluding the terms of an Asset Sale Agreement with respect to the previously announced divestiture of Intasys Billing Technologies' wireless billing and customer care system which, if executed and consummated, will result in the "Intasys" product being owned and marketed by another entity. The Company's strong financial position will allow us to focus our energies on achieving accelerated growth through acquisition opportunities and organic growth."
