Shares of Global Green Tech Group Ltd (0274.HK: Quote, Profile , Research) plunged 20.54 percent to HK$1.47 after it postponed a US$309 million IPO of its cosmetics and skin care unit, Bio Beauty Group Ltd. The company said the proposed spin-off would not proceed due to market conditions. Bio Beauty planned to re-launch the offering of its shares in 2008.
