New Delhi, Aug 26 : Six nuclear plants will be set up during the Eleventh Plan in addition to four nuclear reactors in an advanced stage of completion and four reactors on which work has begun, the Rajya Sabha was informed today.

Stating this in a written reply, Minister for Science and Technology Prithviraj Chavan said under the Mid Term Appraisal of the XIth Plan, work is envisaged to commence during the current Plan.

The proposed plants were Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu having a production capacity of 2x1000 MW, Ratnagiri in Maharashtra (2x1650 MW), Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh (2x1000 MW), Bhavnagar in Gujarat (2x1000 MW), Fatehabad in Haryana (2x100 MW) and Mandla in Madhya Pradesh (2x700 MW).

The Minister said under the Agreement of Cooperation signed between the Government of India and the US on October 2008, no agreement had been signed on the purchase of uranium.

Replying to another question, Mr Chavan admitted that energy demand in many of the economically developed countries had not risen appreciably. At the same time capacity factors of nuclear power stations had increased considerably. ''Due to these factors, the necessity of building new power stations have not arisen in many developed countries,'' he added.

However, new constructions had either started or were planned in Finland, France, Russian Federation, Japan, Korea, China, USA and the UK, he added.

Rosatom, Russlands staatlicher Atomkonzern, betrachtet eine steigende Marktbewertung der im kanadischen Vancouver ansässigen Uranium One als von höchster Priorität für seine Bergbautochter Atomredmetzoloto (ARMZ) an. Man habe deshalb keinerlei Interesse daran und nicht die Absicht, die Minderheitsaktionäre des kanadischen Unternehmens herauszudrängen. Das erklärten Rosatom-Offizielle am gestrigen Dienstag in Toronto.

Rosatom erwartet zudem, dass sich die Zahl der Atomkraftwerke weltweit bis 2030 mindestens verdoppelt. Die Urannachfrage könne sich so in den kommenden 15 bis 10 Jahren verdoppeln oder sogar verdreifachen, hieß es weiter. Die Nachfrage nach dem Brennstoff werde das Gesamtangebot bereits in den nächsten ein zwei Jahrzehnten übersteigen, sagten die Russen voraus, da die Bestände über Tage immer weiter sinken würden.

warum besteht bei diesem extrem niedrigen Kurs kein Kaufinteresse mehr.Seit Jahren
gab es keinen derartigen Kurstiefstand über einen längeren Zeitraum wie heute.Fest steht,der Kurs wird in Kanada seit Wochen bei plus - minus zwei Dollar festgehalten.
Dahinter muss irgend ein Sinn stehen und auch Leo hat nicht ohne Grund sich fast
20 % von Forsys einverleibt.
Ist das die Ruhe vor dem Sturm und ein Investor ist sich mit Forsys schon einig?Anderer-
seits wird keinerlei Kurspflege betrieben und der niedrige Kurs kann nicht im Interesse
von Forsys sein.
Ich weiss nicht,was ich von der ganzen Sache halten soll.

sorry, aber der niedrige kurs könnte schon im interesse von forsys sein ...

was würde passieren, wenn forsys bei 3 euro stehen würde und ein feindlicher übernehmer ein angebot machen würde - standard wäre so ca. +30% und wir hätten 4 euro.
bei einem arrangement agreement reicht eine 2/3-mehrheit in kanada in der hv und forsys wird (feindlich) übernommen. ich denke nicht, dass der streubesitz sich so ein angebot entgehen lassen würde - bei der vorgeschichte. wäre sicher nicht im sinne des forsys-mm.

soll jetzt jemand ein feindliches angebot machen, bei dem kurs ? jeder übernehmer weiss, dass er in der hv nicht durchkommt. somit ist dieser kurs ein schutz gegen ein feindliches angebot.

interessenten für forsys gibt es genug, die frage ist nur der preis und ob das mm überhaupt noch verkaufen möchte - ich denke nicht.
hat doch martin rowley im "letter to shareholders" im letzten jahr erklärt, dass die absage des gfi-deal das beste für alle aktionäre ist und aufgrund der abgeänderten rahmenbedingungen nach der großen krise es mehr möglichkeiten für forsys gibt.

der leo-deal wurde meiner meinung nach von forsys selber mitinitiert. die begründungen dafür habe ich schon einigemale aufgezeigt. jetzt, in der zielgeraden wäre ein feindliches angebot nicht auszuschließen. die 7 cad von forrest haben auf einer eingehenden due diligence beruht, das dürfen wir nicht vergessen.

wie gesagt, forsys hat lange um 3 euro gependelt.  3 euro + 30% und forsys wäre geschichte und das mm würde ihr unternehmen verlieren.

Sep. 2, 2010 (China Knowledge) - China National Nuclear Corp, the nation's largest nuclear power plant builder, yesterday said that its subsidiary China Uranium Crop has singed an agreement with China-Africa Development Fund to jointly develop uranium resources in Africa, sources reported.

In a statement posted on its website, CNNC said that both parties will set up a joint venture in Beijing to invest in and develop uranium resources in Africa.

The agreement is part of CNNC's efforts to secure raw materials for nuclear reactors. Reportedly, China is stepping out efforts to develop the substitutes of carbon-based fuel and it plans to build more nuclear reactors in the country.

A CNNC executive had said later last year that the company was involved in six uranium mines in Jordan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Algeria.

stimmt schon ...

nur kann forsys in 5 jahren zwischen 10 und 20 euro wert sein;

interessant wäre es zu wissen, ob es eine ähnliche Entwicklung
irgendeines Explorers in letzter Vergangenheiit gibt ?

Auf einmal zuckt es bei Forsys........da springt der Kurs auf über 2,4 - ist da was im Busch?

Gibts News oder warum so große Pakete ? In einer halben Stunde mehr Umsatz wie sonst die Tage,hoffentlich bleibt das so

....praktikantinen betrieben wird dann kann es beim eintippen schon schiefgehen, aber warte mal 2-3 tage und wir sind wieder bei 1,60....

Der zweitgrößte Uranproduzent der Welt, Cameco Corporation, verfügt bislang über keine Uranprojekte auf dem schwarzen Kontinent. Das soll sich bald ändern, meinte CEO Jerry Grandey am Mittwoch. Leider seien die afrikanischen Uranliegenschaften in den letzten Jahren stark überteuert, was das kanadische Unternehmen bis jetzt von Käufen abgehalten hat. Zur Zeit kommt der Löwenanteil des Urans aus Kanada, außerdem hat Cameco Minen in den USA, Kasachstan und bald auch in Australien.

Fazit: ich kann mir nur zu gut vorstellen, welche "mächte" im hintergrund den kurs von forsys beeinflussen und manipulieren. Wie schon oftmals erwähnt, alles eine Frage des Preises !

die Frage ist wie schon lange :  Wie lang geht das Spiel noch ?

...das sprichwort, geschenkt noch zu teuer und somit macht er auch kein angebot...
