vor den reverse split 1:10 steigen? sonst stehen wir doch nie über 1 Euro oder der kurs wird danach nach oben gekauft...

der Kurs ist nicht das entscheidende Kriterium

City Windmills Ltd.has announced notice of an EGM to conduct a 10:1 reverse split of its Ordinary Shares.
The company is preparing a Listing Prospectus, working with Salans LLP and Silvia Quandt & Cie., for submission to the UK regulators prior to an application for Entry Standard listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
A listing requirement is that the nominal capital of the Ordinary shares is in excess of 1 Euro. Currently the company has issued approximately 11 million Ordinary Shares, with a nominal capital of GBP 10 pence therefore a 10:1 reverse split would effect a nominal capital being raised to GBP 1.00, or 1 pound sterling, hence meeting this listing requirement.
The Resolution is therefore designed to meet listing requirements at Entry Standard for the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Der Entry wäre natürlich, wenn gelungen, eien gute Basis für die Zukunft dieses Wertes. Bleiben aber immer noch einige Fragen unbeantwortet bzgl. Management- und Kursänderungen seit Frühsommer.

wieso 1,24€? Beim einem 10:1 split wird doch vom letzten kurs ausgegangen oder versteh ich da was falsch?

Nennwert...Nominaler Wert...

10:1 Backsplit basierend auf 10 PENCE ergibt 1 GB-Pfund....und 1 Pfund entspricht ~1.24€.

CW is moving forward with its US business, through its 100%
subsidiary City Windmills, Inc. based in Delaware. Product design
continues through KMB Design of New Jersey, currently in Phase 1 to
deliver Schematic Designs and complete the analysis of applicable US
building codes. Production of the Verteclair product has been
discussed with Federal Prison Industries/UNICOR, with whom City
Windmills has a teaming relationship, and following a meeting last
week in Washington DC first stage start-up plans are being compiled.
All company filings have been updated for 2011 and 2012, and a
Director of Sales, Penny Friesen, has been hired to oversee US Sales.
Penny has career experience of managing sales particularly to the
government sector, and will interface with Get It Group LLC and other
sales people in building nationwide sales channels for CW's product range.

Meanwhile, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Listing Prospectus is being
drafted with Salans LLC, and work on the Group Audit and Financials
is set to commence before end of October in the UK.

City Windmills has been successful in recently raising new monies for
subscription at Euro 20 cents per share, to fund the above
initiatives and provide working capital. Apart from normal trade
creditors, the company is debt-free.

und ich denke das manche immer noch vom split verunsichert sind.
