City Windmills Ltd. ("CYW") is continuing its product development with KMB Design Group of New Jersey, USA, on its soon to be launched Aquilon 500 small wind turbine. KMB Design Group, LLC was founded in April 2008 by a team of seasoned professionals who have been working together for 10 years. Their extensive experience in the engineering, energy and telecommunications industries provides a great foundation for a successful design firm. KMB’s focus on technology and continuous improvement enables the firm to keep up with the latest innovations and provide state-of-the-art design solutions for its clients. KMB is licensed in 49 states and in Europe allowing for business both nationally and internationally. In particular, KMB's proximity to the manufacturing facility in Connecticut will allow for close monitoring during the early production stages of manufacturing.
As part of ongoing corporate changes, Didier Pretot, a Geneva-based lawyer, has joined the Board of Directors as an Independent Director, and suspended Director Sean Kelly has resigned upon request. David Mapley has also accepted the position of CEO and Head of US Operations with immediate effect.

City Windmills Ltd. is pleased to announce the
signing of an agreement with Silvia Quandt & Cie.
AG to uplist the company on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange to Open Market - Entry Standard. The
first steps, namely compiling a prospectus and a
reverse split of the shares will commence shortly
- a minimum nominal value of shares of 1 Euro is
required, therefore notice of an EGM to conduct a
10:1 reverse split will be circulated by month-end.
This step by the company will allow for better
liquidity and depth of trading of its shares on
both XETRA and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as
City Windmills continues to build as a company
ahead of manufacturing next year.
