Donner = Noront?

Naja. Noront hat heute immerhin um 20 prozent zugelegt.

Die letzte KE im Dezember lag bei umgerechnet 0,44 Euro (0,65 CAD).
Die Option lag bei 0,60 Euro (0,90 CAD).
Der Kurs lag aber dabei schon bei 0,30 Euro (0,45 CAD).

Die Kapitalerhöhung wurde also zu einem viel höheren
Preis durchgeführt als der Aktienkurs hergab. Also müssen
die Investoren großes Vertrauen in Donner haben und Donner
muss sehr überzeigt sein von einem steigenden Aktienkurs.

Hinzu kommt, dass ursprünglich Anglo American Xstrata
übernehmen wollte. Nun steht Vale als Käufer Nr. 1 auf
der Liste. Profitieren davon kann vor allem Donner.

Knight Resources (KNP –TSX-V $ .16) – In the last two years, the share price has risen 300% and 700% respectively from its low set during winter. Because this is a seasonal play, the stock has nothing to feed on at this time of year. 65000 Aktien wurden 15:33 gekauft. Danach viel der Kurs wieder wegen dem Verkauf von 4000 Stück. 15:49 wurden 325000 Aktien gekauft. Der Kurs stieg. Kurz danach. Verkauf von 30 Aktien drückt Kurs wieder runter. Dann wieder los! Kauf von 17500 Aktien - Kurs steigt! Und schnell wieder 3000 Stück verkauft - Kurs fällt!

Hier steigt klar ein großer Käufer ein, der versucht, den Kurs dabei nicht zu stark steigen zu lassen! Und wenn dann die Schwelle von 30 Prozent erreicht ist, heißt es: Neuer Großaktionär! Dann steigt Donner auf 1 Euro! Wer will sich schon das größte Kupfergebiet in Matagami und das größte Nickelgebiet in Raglan entgehen lassen? Vale bestimmt nicht! Und Anglo American sicher auch nicht ;-)

Danach schnell wieder 2000 Aktien verkauft und Kurs runter. Wer steigt da wohl ein? Insgesamt heute über 300.000 Aktien gehandelt. Macht über 100.000 Dollar! Nicht schlecht für einen einzigen Tag! Für Anglo und Vale aber zu wenig, oder? Bin auf morgen gespannt! Wenn die Bombe platzt!!!

wenn ich posting 50. lese, bekomme ich magenschmerzen. wie kann ich mich über 9% bei knight resources als beispiel freuen, wenn die aktie vorher über 50% verloren hat. "kopfschüttel"

Noront in zwei Tagen von 2,00 auf 2,81! Macht über +40%! Donner kann das auch! Auch Xstrata läuft fröhlich nach oben ;-)

tag ist es soweit. wenn ich den mist seit 2 monaten rund um die uhr hier lese und das es am nächsten tag um 50% hochgeht und es passiert rein gar nichts, dann krieg ich das kotzen. miniumsätze in d und in can, kaum handel. nehmt euch mal mit euren sprüchen zurück, vielleicht passiert dann wirklich mal etwas hier und der kurs steigt. aber wenn ihr euch den kompletten markt anschaut, dann braucht es ein wunder, dass sich ein rohstoffwert (egal welcher) vom gesamtmarkt abkoppeln kann.

Wieso? Der Markt erholt sich! Rebounds ohne Ende! Xstrata nahe Alltime-High! Wieso sollte Donner nicht auch starten? Alles geht hoch! Gold! Kupfer! Xstrata!  

Ein Übernahmeangebot wie bei Yahoo wäre schön! Tja! So schnell kann es gehen ;-)

Breakwater Makes Friendly Offer to Acquire Metco Resources

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/08/08 -- Breakwater Resources Ltd. (TSX: BWR) has reached an agreement with Metco Resources Inc. whereby Breakwater will purchase 100% of Metco for 7,000,000 common shares of Breakwater. This agreement is subject to normal closing conditions including the approval of regulatory authorities and Metco shareholders at a special and general meeting expected to be held mid-March being more than one month after Metco's annual meeting which is scheduled for February 8, 2008.

This transaction allows Metco's shareholders to participate in the potential offered by Breakwater shares while enabling Breakwater to consolidate its land position in the Lebel-sur-Quevillon camp, gain entry into a large and prospective land package in the Matagami camp and also secure additional feed for its Langlois mill.

In Lebel-sur-Quevillon, Metco and Breakwater have a 50:50 joint venture on properties extending over 15 km (186 claims, 3,402 ha) in the same deformation corridor as Breakwater's current deposits. The companies also share 50:50 the Orphee Deposit where a two phase 14,000m diamond drill program in 36 holes was completed early in November 2007.

In Matagami, Metco owns 100% of the Caber and Caber North deposits. On July 18th, 2007, Metco announced that the results of a NI43-101 compliant prefeasibility study (GENIVAR and Scott Wilson RPA) determined that the Caber Deposit contains probable mineral reserves of 589,000 tonnes at an average grade of 8.58% Zn, 0.84% Cu, 8.89 g/t Ag and 0.13 g/t Au. The prefeasiblity study assumed truck haulage a distance of 38km to railhead in Matagami then by rail for a further 110km to Breakwater's Langlois mill. The Caber deposit contains an additional inferred resource of 171,000 tonnes at an average grade of 8.4% Zn, 1.3% Cu, 11 g/t Ag and 0.17 g/t Au. The Caber North deposit, located 1.2 km from the Caber Deposit, contains inferred resource of 2.6 Mt at an average grade of 4.26% Zn, 1.59% Cu and 21.06 g/t Ag.

Metco's exploration properties in Matagami extend for some 60km along the prospective west flank where the Key Tuffite horizon has been intersected in many locations. The properties include the wholly-owned Galinee property (217 claims, 3,451 ha) and La Gauchetiere property (8 claims, 128 ha) as well as properties explored in a 50:50 joint venture with SOQUEM Inc., namely Du Dome-Matagami, B6-20 McIvor, Caber and Samson (493 claims, 19,922 ha).

Metco also owns 100% interest in three (3) base metal properties (89 claims, 1,815 ha) in Rouyn-Noranda and one (1) gold property (36 claims, 735 ha) in Chibougamau.

In the Gaspe Peninsula, Metco has a joint venture with Regal Consolidated Ventures Ltd on the Mont de l'Observation copper property (399 claims, 22,283 ha).

Vale feuert Merrill Lynch als Berater

Stuttgart (www.rohstoffe-go.de) Die weltweit zweitgrösste brasilianische Minengesellschaft Vale hat bekanntgegeben, sich von Merrill Lynch trennen zu wollen, nachdem das Bankhaus sich nicht an der Finanzierung einer möglichen Übernahme von Xstrata beteiligen will. Die Übernahme Xstrata´s wird auf 90 Milliarden USD geschätzt. Merrill Lynch gehört zum Pool der Unternehmensberatungen, welche dem Vale Management beratend zur Seite standen. Merrill Lynch geht davon aus, dass die Übernahme für Vale zu kostspielig und daher zu risikoreich wäre. Analysten gehen davon, dass ein möglicher Grund für die Zurückhaltung des Bankhauses die Beteiligung an der Finanzierung der Übernahmeofferte von Bhp Billiton bezüglich Rio Tinto  ist. Informationen der Financial Times zufolge wären an der Finanzierung einer mögliche Übernahme von Xstrata durch Vale folgende Finanzinstitute beteiligt: HSBC, Lehman Brothers, Banco Santander, Calyon, Royal Bank of Scotland und BNP Paribas.
