hier mal die bestimmungen für ein amex-listing. es gibt nur eine ausnahme für ein listing, wenn der kurs unter 3$ ist. diese ausnahme hat sich caly zunutzen gemacht.
Listing Standards for U.S. Companies
The American Stock Exchange has established certain quantitative and qualitative standards for the initial listing of U.S. companies.

Qualitative Standards
In evaluating listing eligibility, the Exchange also considers qualitative factors such as the nature of a company's business, market for its products, reputation of its management, historical record and pattern of growth, financial integrity, demonstrated earnings power, and future outlook.

irgendwann die erhofften großaufträge präsentieren, wäre ein kursanstieg nachhaltiger wie an der otc, da weniger zocker und ein paar mehr institutionelle beteiligt wären.größere investoren haben doch aufgrund von internen regelungen mehr die möglichkeit in amexwerte, als in otc-werte zu investieren.nur so ne überlegung.
