I'm a long-term subscriber to Roulston's Resource Opportunities letter. I can confirm he never uses the term "scraming buy." In his Quarterly Review Issue (just released) he profiles and RANKS 97 companies. In his rating system, currently his top ranked companies are rated 2a. Both Staccato and Brovo Ventures (right next door to Staccato) received the highest 2a ratings. Of the 97 companies rated, only 9 received the highest 2a rating. The next (high medium) rated group received 2bb ratings
