Haben Ihre Shares von Intel zu einem Spottpreis bekommen:

Lege mich mal auf die Lauer, Nasdaq wird noch 5-10 % abverkauft. Könnte auch nach guten
Zahlen evtl. noch etwas runtergehen. Wäre dann aber ne gute Einstiegschance.

aber heute fett abwärts, nachdem nachbörslich am 10.3. die neuen Zahlen kamen.
Cloudera knicken um ca. 13-14% ein, nachdem die Geschäftszahlen die Erwartungen zwar
übertroffen haben, der Ausblick des Cloud-Experten die Schätzungen aber umsatz- und
gewinnseitig nicht erreichte.
Evtl. jetzt eine günstige Einstiegs-Chance.

Die Cloudera Data Plattform ist nun auch auf Google Cloud verfügbar.
Mit der Microsoft Partnerschaft und der damit einhergehenden Verfügbarkeit auf Microsoft Azure sind Wachstumsmöglichkeiten auf jeden Fall vorhanden.

Zudem wurde im April eine Partnerschaft mit NVIDIA vermeldet.

Closing of the deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including the approval of Cloudera shareholders and antitrust approval. The agreement includes a 30-day “go-shop” period expiring on July 1, 2021, which allows the Board and its advisors to actively initiate, solicit and consider alternative acquisition proposals from third parties – with an additional 10 days to negotiate a definitive agreement with qualifying parties.
