These days, ARISE Technologies Corporation (TSE:APV, APV message board), (PINK:APVNF) stock accumulates energy, expecting the company's third-quarter financial results that will be released tomorrow.

The positive news from yesterday about the provided to APV working capital bridge financing also pushed the bulls ahead.
During yesterday's trading session, on the Toronto Stock Exchange the shares of ARISE Technologies Corporation soared 11.32% on a volume of almost three times the average for the company.

Investors' green energy meter stopped at a closing price of $0.295 for APV shares, not overcoming the psychological limit that could make the price go higher.

On the American OTC market, the trading volume of the company's shares was not so strong, but the investors' activity resulted in a share price increase of 52.43% for APVNF.

In the beginning of October, ARISE Technologies Corporation released their quite positive preliminary financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010. Although the information presented was based on unaudited and preliminary data, it immediately energized the shares' performance.

Since then and up to now, when only one day is left before the company's 2010 third-quarter financial results are released and a conference call for analysts and investors is provided, APV gained 44%.

Nov 4 (Reuters) - Arise Technologies Corp (APV.TO) posted a narrower quarterly loss, as the Canadian solar technology company saw more than five-fold growth its shipments, and said it was increasing its photovoltaic (PV) cell manufacturing capacity in Germany.

For the July-September quarter, the company reported a loss of C$5.2 million ($5.16 million), or 3 Canadian cents a share, compared with a loss of C$5.5 million, or 4 Canadian cents a share, a year ago.

Revenue jumped more than three-fold to C$23.0 million, in line with the company's outlook given last month.

The company said it shipped 19.5 megawatts (MW) of PV cells, up from 3.5 MW a year ago.

Arise saw a foreign exchange loss of C$3.2 million, as the Euro strengthened by 7.4 percent compared to the Canadian dollar during the quarter.

"We intend to increase the production capacity of our plant in 2011 with the commissioning of Lines three and four," Chief Executive Dan Shea said in a statement.

Shares of the Waterloo, Ontario-based company have gained more than 28 percent in last five days as it closed a $1.75 million bridge loan from Haverstock Master Fund Ltd and Trenrasp LLC this week. They closed at 31 Canadian cents on Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Bei der erreichten Umsatzsumme hätte endlich mal ein "Net-Profit" ausgewiesen werden müssen!!

Soll noch mal einer sagen, dass Du mit Deiner CT daneben liegst!!

Und obendrein gibts dann mal wieder die Quittung für die "echt" guten Q-Zahlen!!

Ich versteh einfach nicht, wie bei so einer Umsatzsteigerung dennoch im Verhältnis so viel Verlust produziert werden konnte!!??

Und wenn eine Bank ein Brücken-Darlehen vergibt....mit anfänglichem Zins von 10 % mit CAP-Obergrenze von 14 % dann wirft das bei mir schon arge Bedenken auf! Zudem ist die Laufzeit bis 31.03.2011 sehr knapp gehalten....und garantiert durch völlig überzogene Sicherungsübereignungen ausreichend gedeckt!!

Für mich Alltags-Realität! Die Bank gibt da den Ton an....und Arise muss wohl mitspielen und in den sauren Apfel beissen!! Die Wirtschaft kennt nunmal keine Gnade, denn es geht nur einzig und allein um Geld....um Profit!

Dann ist zur Folge auch das Rating der Bank erheblich gesunken.

Weder Bashversuch, noch Kauf- oder Verkaufsempfehlung!!
