About Platinex Platinex Inc. is a junior exploration company with interests in exploring for Gold and Platinum Group Elements. The Company’s current focus is on the highly prospective Shining Tree Gold Property in Northern Ontario. Platinex has expanded the known continuity of the Herrick gold deposit on which 66 drill holes have returned good gold values. Platinex has announced extremely high gold values (one contained 101 gold grains) in samples of glacial soil occurring along the nine kilometer length of a newly recognized east trending shear zone. The gold anomaly is consistent with and, in many cases, more pronounced than gold anomalies over major gold deposits of current and past producers in Northern Ontario and Quebec. Platinex believes this is the harbinger of a major discovery. Follow up geophysical surveys, trenching and additional till sampling in preparation for drilling is being conducted and will be completed by September. Two other gold deposits are being drill tested simultaneously. Platinex also holds six PGE properties in Ontario over large layered intrusions. These include two properties on the Ring of Fire Intrusion. The goal of Platinex Inc. is to enhance growth in capitalization and share value through exploration of our properties.
