The stock short name of the Company for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “SHOUGANG TECH” to “HNA INT’L INV” in English and from “首長 科技” to “海航國際投資” in Chinese, with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 7 May 2015. The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange remains as “521”. The website of the Company will be changed from www.shougang-tech.com.hk to www.hnainterinvest.com with effect from 7 May 2015. Reference is made to the announcement of HNA International Investment Holdings Limited (formerly known as Shougang Concord Technology Holdings Limited) (the “Company”) dated 23 March 2015 and the circular of the Company dated 23 March 2015 (the “Circular”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular. Change of Company Name As announced by the Company on 17 April 2015, the special resolution regarding the change of the name of the Company to “HNA International Investment Holdings Limited 海航國際 投資集團有限公司” was passed by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 17 April 2015. - 2 - The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the special resolution passed in relation to the Change of Company Name, a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name has been issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 23 April 2015 certifying the change of the name of the Company from “Shougang Concord Technology Holdings Limited 首長科 技集團有限公司” to “HNA International Investment Holdings Limited 海航國際投資集團 有限公司”. The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange remains as “521”. Effects of the Change of Company Name The Change of Company name will not affect any of the rights of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates in issue bearing the Company’s existing name shall continue to be evidence of title and valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery for the same number of shares in the new name of the Company. There will not be any arrangements for free exchange of existing share certificates for new share certificates bearing the new name of the Company.
