Webster Limited is engaged in the production, processing and marketing of vegetables such as onions and walnuts. The Company operates through three divisions: vegetable, walnut, and aquaculture. Vegetable division is engaged in growing, processing, packing and marketing of vegetables for export and domestic markets. Walnut division is engaged in growing, processing, packing and marketing of nuts for export and domestic markets. Aquaculture division includes investment in the production, processing, value-adding and marketing of salmon for export and domestic markets. The Company operates in Australia, Europe and Asia. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011, the Company disposed of its holding in Tassal Group Limited. The Company's subsidiaries include Clements Marshall Consolidated Limited, Cygnet Canning Company Pty Ltd, Clements and Marshall Pty Ltd, Field Fresh Tasmania Partnership, AGW Finance Pty Ltd, AGW Walnuts Pty Ltd, Walnuts Australia Pty Ltd and AGW Funds Management Ltd.
