Goldgroup Files Updated Technical Report
Goldgroup Mining Inc. ( TSXV: GGA ) (NYSE American: GORO) (FSE: 55G0) ("Goldgroup" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the filing of an updated technical report titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report for the San Francisco Project, Sonora, Mexico" with an effective date of April 30, 2026 and a revised report date of July 16, 2026. The report was prepared by William J. Lewis, BSc, PGeo, Richard M. Gowans, PEng, Tudorel Ciuculescu, BSc, MSc, PGeo and Mohsin Hashmi, PEng, PMP and is available for viewing on SEDAR+ under Goldgroup's profile. The updated report adds Mr. Hashmi as an additional author, provides additional information about pre-2022 drilling and makes certain other form updates. There are no changes to the mineral resource estimate previously disclosed.

Die bisherige Entwicklung des Kurses - insbesonders für frühere Goro-Besitzer - ist katastrophal. Der Kurs der neuen Goro entspricht nun schon fast dem Kurs vor dem Merger - nur dass sich die Stückzahl gedrittelt hat. Die Ursache liegt wohl darin, dass die Kurse von Goldgroup im Januar zu hoch angesetzt waren, als die Vereinbarung getroffen wurde, was das Verhältnis zu Lasten der Goro Aktionäre verschoben hat. Schlimmer aber ist, dass die neue Gesellschaft nicht in den Russel 2000 kam - die genauen Gründe werden nicht genannt. Dadurch müssen diejenigen, die in einem Index ihre Gesellschaften anteilsmäßig nachbilden, ihre alten Goro und jetzt neuen Goro-Anteile unlimitiert auf den Markt werfen. Diese Entwicklunge begann schon in der Woche vor dem Zusammenschluss und hält auch  jetzt noch an. Die einzige Hoffnung ist, dass der Verkauf nun beendet ist und dass man danach einen fairen Wert für die Gesellschaft finden kann. Die ist ja durch diese Entwicklung nicht schlechter geworden.
