Wieso in ein Unternehmen investieren, dass bei jeder Marktverwerfung,  Finanzkrise oder einem insolventen Gläubiger solch massive  Abschreibungen hat, dass das Eigenkapital sofort aufgezerrt wird und das  Unternehmen selbst insolvent geht? Da gibts doch viel robustere  Geschäftsmodelle, weniger reglementierte Branchen und finanzstärkere  Unternehmen. Commerzbank meiden halte ich seit Jahren für sinnvoll.  Schade, dass ich immer wieder miterleben muss, wie Mitarbeiter der  Commerzbank in unbegründeter Hoffnung die Aktien ihres eigenen Konzerns  kaufen.

Der Kurs versucht gerade wieder über den 9`er EMA zu klettern. Ausserdem ist der Pullback von der Nackenlinie abgeprallt.

Überraschend starke Halbjahreszahlen von Goldwind.
Erfreulich, daß die Umsätze und Gewinne in den letzten drei Monaten wieder deutlich angezogen sind und man neue Märkte außerhalb Chinas erschlossen hat.
Durch Kostenreduzierung steigen die Gewinne wieder.

GOLDWIND (02208.HK)'s interim profit rose nearly 29% and the company issued a positive profit alert. The stock rebounded above 10MA and 20MA ($4.41) and hit the high at $4.54 early this morning, and was last at $4.51, surging 11% with trading volume increased to 9.47 million shares; its A shares also grew 3% and hit the high at RMB5.68.

The company's net profit increased about 29% to RMB92.68. During the period, the total revenue dropped 6.5% to RMB3.227 billion; gross profit rose nearly 31% to RMB599 million and the gross margin ticked up 5.27 percentage points to 18.56%. The company expected the net profit for the first three quarters will increase 3.5%-4 times to at least RMB173 million. Meanwhile, the company announced that it has entered into supply agreements for wind power projects in Chile and Cyprus.

Windkraft: Xinjiang Goldwind mit höherem Gewinn - Aktie springt an

(shareribs.com) Hongkong 26.08.13 - Der chinesische Windkraftproduzent Xinjiang Goldwind hat im ersten Halbjahr 2013 einen deutlichen Gewinnanstieg verzeichnet. Die höheren Erzeugungskapazitäten haben die geringeren Umsätze ausgleichen können.

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., der größte Windkraftanlagenbauer Chinas, verzeichnete im ersten Halbjahr einen Gewinnanstieg von 29 Prozent auf 92,7 Mio. Yuan bzw. 15,1 Mio. USD. Der Umsatz ging im gleichen Zeitraum um 6,5 Prozent auf 2,23 Mrd. Yuan zurück. Zum Ende des Berichtszeitraumes belief sich das Orderbuch auf 4.255,25 MW.

In einem Statement der Hongkong Stock Exchange teilte das Unternehmen mit, dass man im ersten Halbjahr von der Politik in China profitierte, die den Ausbau  alternativer Energien fördert. Zudem sieht Xinjiang Goldwind in China großes Wachstumspotential für die heimische Windindustrie.

Den optimistischen Prognosen von Goldwind zum Trotz erwarten Analysten, dass der chinesische Windmarkt in diesem Jahr um 13 GW wächst. Dies entspräche einem Rückgang von sechs Prozent gegenüber dem vergangenen Jahr.

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology sprangen heute in Hongkong um 22,7 Prozent auf 4,98 HKD nach oben.

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co. (002202), China’s biggest wind-turbine maker, rose to a 17-month high in Shenzhen on speculation of higher shipments.
It rose by the daily limit of 10 percent and ended the day up 5.6 percent at 7.79 yuan, the highest close since May 2012. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Composite Index fell 0.7 percent.
“The market is speculating the company will have higher shipments in the second half,” Demi Zhu, a Beijing-based analyst at Bloomberg New Energy Finance, said today by phone. “Also Chinese turbine producers currently see an increase of about 6 percent in price from the average in the first half.”
Goldwind in August forecast profit will jump as much as fivefold in the first nine months on higher sales and cost cuts. It’s expected to announce third-quarter earnings on Oct. 25.

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co. (2208), China’s biggest wind-turbine maker, said 2013 profit may triple on increased sales and cost controls.
Net income will increase to as much as 459.2 million yuan ($75 million) from 153.1 million yuan a year earlier, Goldwind said in a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange yesterday. Third-quarter net income climbed to 95.3 million yuan, compared with a net loss of 33.6 million yuan a year ago, as sales jumped 57 percent to 3.87 billion yuan, Goldwind said.
“Increase in the company’s revenues, stronger cost controls and further implementation of lean management,” will contribute to the gain in profit, according to the statement.
Goldwind and competitors such as Vestas Wind Systems A/S (VWS) of Denmark are cutting costs to counter slower growth that has trimmed margins across the industry. China’s wind capacity addition may be 13 gigawatts in 2013, 6 percent less than a year earlier, according to estimates by Bloomberg New Energy Finance.
Orders outstanding were 4,205 megawatts at the end of September, the company said. It has an additional 3,626 megawatts of orders lined up for which contracts have to be signed.
The stock gained 3.7 percent to HK$7.60 at the close in Hong Kong trading yesterday before the earnings were announced.

BofA Merrill Lynch lifted its target price for
Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) to HK$8.3 from HK$7.2, and maintained its
"buy" call.
It said Goldwind reported in line 3Q results. Gross margin surprised on the upside to
22.5% from 16.2%/19% in 3Q 2012/2013, due to better cost control and improving business
mix.
BofAML believes Goldwind could easily leverage on its high quality products and strong
track record to expand market share and restore growth. The house lifted Goldwind
2013/14/15 forecast by 3%/11%/10%, assuming better cost control and faster wind farm

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (“Goldwind” or the “Company”, Shenzhen stock code 002202, Hong Kong stock code 2208), announced the unaudited results of the Company for the nine months ended September 30, 2013, which have been prepared in accordance with the People’s Republic of China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprise.

In the first nine months of 2013, Goldwind’s revenue from operations increased 19.72% year-over-year (“YoY”) to RMB7,119.03 million and net profits attributable to owners of the Company increased 387.97% YoY to RMB187.95 million. Basic earnings per share were RMB0.07.
Goldwind forecasts that net profits attributable to owners of the Company for the year of 2013 will increase between 150% to 200% YoY?a range of between RMB382.63 million and RMB459.16 million.
As of September 30, 2013, the Company had a total of 4,205.25 megawatts  of outstanding orders for wind turbine generators, including overseas orders of 151.75MW, and had won bids for projects totalling 3,625.50MW for which contracts have not yet been signed. The combined backlog of orders was 7,830.75MW.

The Goldwind 6MW has developed more slowly than was promised. In June 2011, Goldwind said it would complete production of a 6MW prototype and connect it to the grid in the first half of 2012, and go into mass production in 2014.

Ein weiteres Problem stellt der enorm große Energiebedarf der Chinesen insgesamt dar. Im Moment liegt der Anteil der Windenergie nur bei 2 Prozent, aber Liming Quiao, Direktor des Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC), betont gegenüber BBC die Größe des Landes: „Zwei Prozent mögen nach wenig klingen, sind aber sehr viel, wenn man bedenkt, wie viel Energie die Chinesen benötigen. Tatsächlich hat die Windenergie letztes Jahr die Atomenergie überholt, sodass Windstrom die Nummer Drei nach Kohle und Wasser ist.“
Allein die Größe des Marktes sorgt dafür, dass mittlerweile in China Windkraftanlagen in Massenproduktion hergestellt werden können. Dies wiederum führt zu einem Preisverfall, aber auch zu ständigen Innovationen auf dem Markt.
Bisher haben die meisten chinesischen Hersteller vor allem westlichen Turbinen in Lizenzarbeit hergestellt. Dies wird sich in Zukunft ändern, denn mittlerweile designt man selbst Anlagen. Es dürfte nur noch eine Frage der Zeit sein, bis China über den eigenen Markt hinaus diese auch im Rest der Welt anbieten wird.
Die Entwicklung der Windkraft wird außerdem sehr stark von der Regierung gefördert, da Peking gegen die starke Umweltverschmutzung vorgehen muss. Vor allem die Großstädte sind immer wieder von Smog betroffen, der die Bevölkerung krank macht. Allein aus diesem Grund stehen erneuerbare Energien weit oben auf der Prioritätenliste der chinesischen Regierung.
Wenn es einem Land in der Welt gelingen kann, die Windkraft zu industrialisieren und konkurrenzfähig zu den anderen Möglichkeiten der Energiegewinnung zu machen, dann sind das aus den oben genannten Gründen die Chinesen.

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co. (2208), China’s biggest wind-turbine maker, said first-half profit more than tripled as it increased margins and won orders for new wind farms.

Net income for the period jumped to 330.7 million yuan ($54 million). or 0.12 yuan a share, based on international accounting standards, from 92.7 million yuan, or 0.03 yuan, a year earlier, Goldwind said in a Hong Kong stock exchange filing yesterday. Sales gained 38 percent to 4.44 billion yuan.

“The group’s business performance and new orders improved steadily, maintaining a positive trend,” Goldwind said in the filing. “We currently have a substantial backlog of orders, providing enhanced revenue visibility.”

Goldwind joins peers Vestas Wind Systems A/S of Denmark and Spain’s Gamesa Corp. Tecnologica SA in cutting costs to boost profitability. Vestas, the world’s largest wind-turbine maker, this week reported net income of 94 million euros ($124 million) in the three months through June, rebounding from a 62 million euro loss a year earlier.

Goldwind’s gross profit margins from turbine research and development, manufacturing and sales widened to 26.2 percent in the first half from 16 percent a year earlier, according to yesterday’s filing.

Profits may rise as much as 550 percent to 1.22 billion yuan in the first nine months of the year from a year earlier, Goldwind said.

The company had 4,972 megawatts of orders outstanding as of June 30, it said. An additional 3,927.5 megawatts of orders are waiting for final contracts to be signed.

The stock gained 2.5 percent to close at HK$9.45 in Hong Kong trading yesterday before earnings were announced.

Endlich sind wir auch aus der längeranhaltenden seitwärts Bewegung nach oben raus.

Nun ist der Weg frei.

Allerdings hat bei dem rapiden Ausbruch heute ein Gap gerissen.  

Sehr gute Zahlen geliefert.Mal sehen ob es das schon war mit dem Anstieg oder ob da noch was geht.

Bin erst heute auf den Titel aufmerksam geworden.
Ich denke (Bauchgefühl) aber hier handelt es sich um eine ziemlich riskante Aktie.  

Man muss halt mischen. Nicht alle Eier in einen Korb (These von Markowitz glaube ich). Denn  man kann nur 100 % verlieren aber mehrere 100% gewinnen.

Dort ist kein Island Gap zu erkennen.

Nach dem Anstieg der letzten Zeit sollte das meiste von den Zahlen schon eingepreist sein fürs erste. Ich kauf da lieber jetzt China Ming Yang nach. Die sollten entsprechende Zahlen liefern können, haben aber den Anstieg noch nicht gehabt, da sie nicht in China handelbar sind. Das Ding wird zu den Zahlen wahrscheinlich mal wieder so 30-50% Sätze machen.

Es hat sich eine SKS gebildet. Mit Kursziel um 90 Cent. Wenn der Kurs bis auf ca 1€ fällt, dann sollte nochmals ein Blick auf den Chart geworfen werden.

Warum der kurs nachgegeben hat.... denn bei den restlichen w.anlagebauern ist es nicht der fall. Ok der anstier vor wenigen monaten war ja auch nicht ohne....

April 22 (SeeNews) - Chinese wind turbine maker Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (HKG:2208) Wednesday said it will equip and construct the 120-MW Golden Valley wind park in South Africa under a deal with project developer BioTherm Energy.

The contract was signed with the domestic independent power producer (IPP) on April 16. As part of the deal, Goldwind will deliver 48 units of 2.5-MW direct-drive permanent magnetic wind turbines and will serve as the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor.

The wind park will be located in Eastern Cape. Earlier this month, BioTherm Energy won an off-take contract for the farm, which was selected as a preferred bid in the fourth round of South Africa’s Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement (REIPPP) programme.

This is Goldwind’s second contract award in Africa, following the 51-MW Adama wind farm in central Ethiopia. The company believes that the current deal will help expand its operations to other African countries.

April 24 (SeeNews) - Chinese wind turbine maker Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (HKG:2208) said Friday its unaudited attributable net profit for the first quarter of 2015 has soared by 389.7% on the year to CNY 248.8 million (USD 40.2m/EUR 37m).

The firm saw its January-March net cash outflow from operating activities narrow to CNY 1.44 billion from CNY 1.91 billion in the corresponding period of 2014.

Goldwind's first-quarter revenue jumped by 77.92% year-on-year to CNY 2.55 billion, based on preliminary statistics. The company explained the increase with higher sales of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and from its downstream segment during the reporting period.

As at end-March, the group’s order backlog amounted to 6,837.75 MW, excluding 5,796 MW of orders awaiting final contracts. The company offers 750-kW, 1.5-MW, 2-MW, 2.5-MW and 3-MW direct-drive permanent magnet (DDPM) WTGs.

Earlier this week, Goldwind announced that it will equip and construct the 120-MW Golden Valley wind park in South Africa under a deal with project developer BioTherm Energy.

June 11 (SeeNews) - Chinese wind turbine maker Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (HKG:2208) said Tuesday its board has authorised a subsidiary to issue overseas bonds of not more than USD 300 billion (EUR 265.4m) in total.

The move is aimed at securing funds to improve the company’s debt structure. The proceeds will also support the firm's working capital.

Goldwind New Energy (HK) Investment Ltd will offer bonds with a term of up to three years on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd, according to a statement. The annual interest rate of the papers is yet to be determined in accordance with the prevailing market conditions.

Bank of China Ltd will issue a standby letter of credit for the proposed bond placement. In turn, Goldwind may provide counter guarantee to the domestic financial institution.

The parent stressed that it has not inked any agreements in connection with the bonds sale so far.

June 12 (SeeNews) - Chinese wind turbine maker Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (HKG:2208) said Friday it has been contracted to equip and construct the 32.5-MW Excelsior wind park in South Africa, booking its second deal in the country for 2015.

The project was awarded to the company in the fourth bid round of South Africa’s Renewable Energy IPP Procurement (REIPPP) programme, while the contract was signed with domestic independent power producer (IPP) BioTherm Energy on June 7. This announcement is made less than two months after Goldwind unveiled it had won the 120-MW Golden Valley wind project from the same developer. Both plants will be located in South Africa’s Eastern Cape province.

As part of the latest deal, Goldwind will deliver 13 units of 2.5-MW 109/2500 direct-drive permanent magnetic wind turbines and will serve as the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the project.

Goldwind will continue to seek new opportunities in the emerging African markets, it noted. The company's first contract of the kind was for the 51-MW Adama wind farm in central Ethiopia.

CHINA: Goldwind has signed a cooperative framework agreement with the government of Fuzhou city and developer China Three Gorges Corporation (TGC) to build an offshore wind research centre.
The park, located in Fuqing, in the Fujian province, east China, will have the capacity to manufacture and test offshore turbines, have a base for sales and facilities for maintenance, including personnel training, of offshore wind equipment.

The park is expected to require investments of approximately CNY4 billion ($644,000) in total. Upon completion, it is expected to generate CNY13 billion ($2 million) a year.

In this new strategic partnership, with the help of the local government's resources and TGC's capital strength, Goldwind wishes to build up the Fuzhou wind industrial park into an authoritative offshore wind research centre in the country, the company said. China's top manufacturer has only installed 109.5MW offshore to date.

China’s Goldwind seeks to expand Russian operations - report
June 25 (SeeNews) - Chinese turbine maker Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (HKG:2208) is interested in growing its presence in the Russian wind power market, RIA Novosti said Thursday, citing a company official.

Russia has always been a big market for the company’s products, Goldwind spokesman Tan Yin was cited as saying in an interview with the news agency. He also referred to an existing cooperation with Russia, aimed at developing wind power capacity in the country.  

Goldwind offers wind turbine generators (WTGs) ranging from 600 kW to 6 MW and is also currently working on a new project for a 10-MW model, according to the report. It has more than 15,000 machines installed across 14 countries globally.

Thanks to its research and development (R&D) activities in the field of offshore wind power generation, Goldwind ranked as the third most innovative company in China, RIA Novosti noted.

Last week, the firm and sector player China Three Gorges Corp (CTG) unveiled plans to jointly develop an offshore wind power equipment industrial park and a research centre at home.

July 31 (SeeNews) - Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co Ltd (HKG:2208) has supplied 2,082 MW of wind turbines for projects completed in China during the first half of 2015, equal to roughly 20.6% of all newly commissioned machines countrywide.

Based on statistics by the Chinese Wind Energy Association (CWEA), Guodian United Power Technology Co Ltd supplied approximately 1,338 MW of turbines, ranking as the number-two supplier for the past six months. The company is part of state-owned power producer China Guodian Corp (CGC).

With 1,203 MW of equipment supplied, China Ming Yang Wind Power Group Ltd (NYSE:MY) consolidated its third position in terms of the newly installed capacity in China in January-June. Yet, when it comes to the most popular 2-MW products, the firm secured the largest market share of 16.5% among its rivals.

In the first half of 2015, China installed about 10.1 GW, marking a 40.8% year-on-year increase, according to CWEA. A total of 5,474 turbines were put into operation, including 50 offshore machines with a combined capacity of 166 MW.

With these additions, the country’s cumulative wind capacity reached 105.53 GW at end-June, according to data by the National Energy Administration (NEA). China plans to double it to 200 GW as part of its 2016-2020 five-year plan on energy.

Ich bin ebenfalls am überlegen Goldwind Aktien nachzukaufen. Ich finde aber so gut wie keine aktuellen Informationen? Beruht der Kursrutsch der letzten Wochen nur auf der China Krise oder gibt es irgendwelche Hiobsbotschaften? Wenn nicht, dann wäre GW aus meiner Sicht ein wahres Schnäppchen. Was meint ihr?

Ich bin sehr verwunder, warum diese Aktie so wenig Interesse weckt.

China wird seine Energieversorgung in Zukunft auf ÖKO umstellen müssen und macht es bereits.
Nur wird diese Aktie in dem Medien nicht analysiert ( ist keine europäische bzw. amerikanische Aktie ).
Ich bin jedoch davon mehr als überzeugt, das diese Aktie völlig unterbewertet ist,
deshalb bleibt sie für mich im Depot.  

Den Gewinn um 50 bis 100% steigernwaren es waren aber nur 57% und damit am unteren Rand

Ich möchte keine schlafenden wecken ( hier ist die absolute Ruhe im Forum ).

Stärker als die installierte Leistung wird nach den Plänen der Regierung die erzeugte Windstrommenge wachsen. Diese soll sich von 189 Mrd. Kilowattstunden (kWh) Ende 2015 auf 420 Mrd. kWh bis Ende 2020 mehr als verdoppeln. Der Anteil der Windenergie am Strommix steigt im selben Zeitraum dann von derzeit 3,3 auf dann rund sechs Prozent. Für China ist die Windenergie-Offensive auch ein Beschäftigungsprogramm. Durch das Programm sollen etwa 300.000 neue Jobs im Windsektor entstehen, zusätzlich zu den 500.000 bereits bestehenden Jobs in der chinesischen Windenergie-Industrie.

Chinas Windmarkt auf Wachstumskurs – Einspeisung kritisch
China ist auf einem guten Weg, die reduzierten Ausbauziele auch zu erreichen. Zum Halbjahr 2016 waren bereits 139.100 MW Windleistung in China am Netz und 154.000 MW installiert. Zahlreiche Provinzen haben zudem eigene Ausbauziele formuliert, die aus Sicht der NEA aber nur als Minimalziele zu verstehen sind. Chinas größter Windanlagen-Hersteller Goldwind weist dabei jedoch auf ein ganz anderes Problem hin: Die größte Herausforderung werde es sein, die Stromproduktion der bereits am Netz angeschlossenen Windparks auch zu nutzen. Der Ausbau der Elektromobilität in China kommt da gerade zum richtigen Zeitpunkt.

Keiner redet von China ( jedenfalls nicht öffentlich ).
China wird die Energiewende vermutlich besser umsetzen als Frau Merkels verprechen in Deutschland dies anzugehen. ( Die Abhängigkeit von den 4 Großkonzernen ist nicht zu verkennen )
Hinzu kommt in China, dass die Elektromobilität ebenfalls mit massiven Investitionen angegangen wird ( ich verfolge seit einiger Zeit BYD ).
Schauen wir einmal, welche Entwicklung 2017 zu verzeichnen ist, ich bin jedenfalls optimistisch und investiert.

 CHINA Ich denke unter den  drei die ueber 5 MW Maschinen derzeit auflegen, hat Goldwind sehr sehr gute, Mingyang gut und ccwe akzeptable chancen. Von der internationailitaet ist Goldwind mit USA Suedamerika am staerksten. Von den Maschinen ist Mingyang am systematischsten, Goldwind Solide Direct antrieb und CCWE hab ich noch nicht analysuiert. Ich denke GOLDWIND kann man sicher kaufen. Auch das neue Blade ist GE und das grioesste derzeit in china. ((( Nordex hat immer noch eine schmiedewelle und laesst technologischen  aufholebedarf
