(OTCBB: CHAG), announced today that its 61%-owned subsidiary, Pimovi Inc. has released a new mobile app named CamFusion that has been submitted to Apple's App store for downloading. It enables consumers to access Point-Of-View (POV) video and audio through wearable POV devices and hardware. The technology will give consumers and fans around the world, the ability to "look through the eyes" of their favorite celebrity from sports to music, live and in real-time. Revenue from Pimovi's CamFusion mobile app comes from pay-per-view in-app purchasing and subscriptions. Revenue is shared with qualifying participants in the entertainment and sports industry who use wearable POV devices such as Google Glass, Pivothead, GoPro and others. The mobile app technology is also available to wearable POV hardware partners for licensing.
The technology is based on a Pimovi's patent application number 61774549, with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office entitled "Video Distribution Service".

(OTCBB: CHAG), announced today that its recently acquired 51%-owned subsidiary, The Fuelist, has begun private alpha testing of its cloud-based mobile app platform designed for consumers interested in the classic and collector vehicle market. The Fuelist is a company specializing in a cloud-based mobile app platform that brings data-driven valuations for consumers in the collector vehicle market via individual mobile apps for smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices running Apple's iOS and Google's Android. We believe that this market represents one of the fastest growing and most valuable collectable asset classes with the highest return for investors interested in collector vehicles or classic cars.
We believe that Fuelist's potential addressable market may be as high as $8B with the potential for rapid growth worldwide from a large and diverse group of over 9,000 businesses. However, we believe that there is not currently a single company or group of dominant companies in the market.
With this investment, Chancellor Group continues to seek to strengthen its position in the area of cloud-based mobile application, big data analytics, in-app payments and subscription revenue.

The Fuelist is a company specializing in cloud-based platform and mobile app technology that brings data-driven valuations to the classic and antique car market.
Monroe has held several senior private and government positions. He served as President of the Resolution Trust Corporation's (RTC) Oversight Board under Presidents Bush and Clinton. Prominent board members during Monroe's tenure included Treasury Secretaries Brady and Bentsen, as well as the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Alan Greenspan. Following his work with the RTC, Monroe served as chief operating officer of the Federal Housing Administration under Jack Kemp.
A graduate of Williams College, Oxford University and Harvard Law School, Monroe has had a long, successful career in all phases of commercial real estate—from development to sales.
