Sollte in 2007 nochmal für 100 ¨laut einem BB gut sein, mir würden 50 % auch reichen ...

.. ein 100er wäre natürlich Top, lassen uns überraschen ;-)

The securities issued in the private placement will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the closing. After the expiration of the hold period the Company has the right to accelerate the expiry date of the warrants if the closing price of the Company\'s common shares exceeds CDN $2.65 for a period of 20 consecutive trading days in which case the warrants will expire on the 21st business day following the date of the Company giving notice of the acceleration.

The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund ongoing exploration and development activities primarily on the Back Forty project in Michigan, for property acquisition and for general corporate purposes.

Aquila is a mineral exploration company which controls approximately 10,000 acres of mineral and surface rights at the Back Forty Project located in Menominee County, Michigan. Ownership of mineral interests are 100% by way of state leases, private fee surface and mineral estates subject to underlying royalty interests and applicable minority interests. Exploration at the project has identified massive sulphide and gold mineralization in a highly altered sequence of felsic volcanics, pyroclastic rocks and intrusive porphyries. Es scheint so, als würden die Weihnachtsgeschenke bei den in Aquila Investierten in diesem Jahr doch etwas größer ausfallen :-)

noch vor einer woche, hat es nicht so gut ausgesehen. Scheint tatsächlich ein Kandaischer Fonds zu kaufen.

UND GEIL: !

die Marktkapitalisierung hat die 100 Mio CAD durchbrochen (aktuell 107). Das macht sie zunehmend für andere Fondgesellschaften (small caps; Rohstoffe) interessant.

Es fehlen noch rund + 10 %  - dann sind es auch in USD 100 MIO  (und dann noch mal 30 % und wir haben auch in € die 100 Mio grenze)

Habe das schon mehrmals beobachtet: wenn die fundamentalen Daten, glaubt man ein Optionsschein läuft von weit aus dem Geld ins Geld hinein....

ist nett anzusehen  ;0)))
