TSX-V: DOS February 10, 2010 DIOS RELEASES A MAP OF 7 DRILL HOLE RESULTS ACROSS A 425 M STRIKE OF THE PONTAX LITHIUM (RB-BE-TA-CS) DISCOVERY ZONE MONTREAL (QUEBEC) CANADA– DIOS EXPLORATION INC. releases a result location map of seven diamond drill holes drilled across a 425 meter strike on the PONTAX LITHIUM discovery zone, south-western James Bay, Quebec. Let us recall that the lithium mineralized zone returned values up to 1.38 % Li2O over 12 m (meter), 1.43% Li2O over 13 m, 2,050 g/t Rb (ppm rubidium) over 13 m, 1.69 % Li2O over 9 m from drilling and a 21 m with almost 1 % lithium oxide. The surface view map also shows horizontal diamond saw channel sample results, with values in percent Li2O. One composite sample returned 1.03 % Li2O over 19 m. Tables give associated metals (RB-BE-TA-CS) drill and saw sample results in metal value: for instance, a tantalum value (Ta) multiplied by 1.22 gives a Ta2O5 value. The zone is open at depth and along strike, meaning that on both ends of the outcropping small hill, there is swampy vegetation hiding possible extents. This LITHIUM (RB-BE-TA-CS) discovery was made recently by SIRIOS RESOURCES (50 %) and DIOS while mapping and looking for other commodities. The discovery was confirmed this Fall with six rock samples grading percent Li2O of 5.46, 4.08, 4.02, 2.90, 2.71, 2.56 % Li2O. Values were up to 1,990 ppm Rb, 96 ppm Ta2O5, 330 ppm cesium & 97 ppm niobium. All samples were assayed at Actlabs laboratories, Ancaster, ON. Mineralized standards and blanks were implemented in each sample batch for quality control. Sodium peroxide was used to dissolve samples, then to be assayed by ICP-AES and ICP-MS. DIOS renewed its agreement with MI3 Communication Financière Inc. (“MI3”) to provide investor relations services thus increasing its visibility within the financial community. Return to index June 17,2009 DIOS HOTISH PROJECT: AMPHIBOLITE ROCKS ASSAY UP TO 0.17% U3O8, 182 g/T Ag & 1.9% Cu. MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA – DIOS EXPLORATION reports significant exploration progress on its wholly-owned Hotish uranium project, Otish Basin, QC. A wholly new area is discovered, showing interesting results: rocks return up to 0.169 uranium oxide (U3O8), 182 grams per ton silver (g/T Ag) and 1.9 % copper (Cu). Last fall, a prospecting program investigated selected geophysical targets on the extensive property and on one of these, eight samples were taken including five grab-samples from amphibolite rock boulders containing 1-2% pyrite and traces of chalcopyrite-malachite. Four samples return the following assays respectively: 0.169, 0.129, 0.126, 0.058 % U308 1.90, 0.448, 0.0693, 0.0532 % Cu 182, - - 3 Ag (g/T) 112, - - 3 Au (ppb) Mafic or ultramafic rocks are considered good chemical traps for uranium. A review of all geophysical data of this area is in progress and additional mapping and prospecting is planned for this summer, as well as significant follow-up work (including prospecting, detailed electromagnetic and soil geochemistry surveys) on other targets. One hole completed on Hotish`s BUTTE zone last Fall over a major spectrometric anomaly covering a 4 km-strike length had returned a 10.9 meters interval assaying 13.7g/t Ag; 1.20% Pb; 0.60% Zn within a 60 meters-wide zone with 3-10% disseminated sulfides within paragneiss that yielded 5.2g/t Ag; 0.26%Pb; 0.19% Zn. That drilling campaign had enabled the discovery of the first BUTTE zone at depth, a sub-vertical uranium-bearing zone reaching at least 240 m vertically from the surface and intercepted by three holes in two sections 60 m apart along strike, with a rather true width of 3.5 m returning 0.093% U3O8 (incl. in 0.04 % U3O8 over 12.5 m), 0.056% U3O8 over 5.1 m and 0.083% U3O8 over 2.6 m.
