Galaxy in Negotiations to Merge with Private US Based Company
DENVER, COLORADO, Oct 7, 2002 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- GALAXY INVESTMENTS, INC. (OTCBB: GAXI) announced today that it is currently in negotiations to merge Galaxy with a private US based company operating in the oil and gas sector.
The private company identified has a seasoned management team with a proven track record for locating and developing large commercially successful natural gas fields in the western United States.
No formal agreement has been executed at this point and until such agreement is entered into, Galaxy cannot guarantee that the anticipated business combination will be realized.
