Edison reiterates EBITDA outlook, sees Q4 profits (EDSN) By Tomi Kilgore
Edison Schools (EDSN) reiterated its EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) forecast for its fiscal year ending in June, which it recently raised by 30 percent to $26 million. The private manager of public schools added that it expects to record net income in the quarter ending June, the first quarterly net income in its 10-year history. The stock is rallying 9 cents, or 5.9 percent, to $1.62.
