VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – BRS Ventures Ltd. (TSX‐V:BRV) (“BRS” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement dated August 22, 2016 with a subsidiary of First Mining Finance Ltd. (“First Mining”) to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Minera Terra Plata S.A. de C.V. (“Terra Plata”), which owns three Mexican silver projects.  Concurrently, BRS intends to complete a non‐brokered private placement financing of up to 12.5 million post‐split shares at a price of 20 cents per post‐split share to raise gross proceeds of up to $2.5 million.  BRS will also be undergoing a name change to Silver One Resources Inc. (“Silver One”) and will complete a 3:1 forward stock split.

Forward Split and Name Change
The Company will also undertake a 3 for 1 forward stock‐split.  As of the date of this news release, there are 21,641,659 common shares issued and outstanding.  Following closing of the transaction, financing and forward stock split, there will be a total of 83,424,977 common shares issued and outstanding. The Company anticipates that the forward stock split will make its shares more accessible to investors and enhance liquidity for its shareholders.   In conjunction with the stock split, the Company also plans to change its name to “Silver One Resources Inc.”.

Unlimited shares withour par value ?

83 Millionen Shares sind ja schon mal eine Hausnummer...für die Shareholder (liquidity for its shareholders) ? Kann man auch anders sehen...abwarten.

...sollten im Falle von Berichterstattung seitens bezahlter Dienstleister besonders gut recherchiert werden. Kritische Punkte machen sich halt nicht so gut in der Werbung. ;-)

Hier gilt umso mehr, das Gesamtbild des kanadischen Unternehmens zu beachten. Nur meine Meinung und Erfahrung.

bald kommt die Eröffnung drüben.

ich hatte es in der letzten Ausgabe bereits angeschnitten und Ihnen berichtet, dass meine Top-Silberempfehlung Silver One Resources höchstwahrscheinlich an einem "großen Deal" arbeitet.

Dieses Potenzial wird sich nun wahrscheinlich schnell nachholen. Ehrlich, mit dieser Nachricht, wäre ich selbst von einem sofortigen Kursanstieg auf 1.50 CA$ nicht überrascht. Ein kurzfristiges Gewinnpotenzial von +50% ist damit absolut gegeben. 

Dass die Aktie viel zu günstig ist, liegt auf der Hand und ich führe im neuesten Goldherz Report Update zu Silver One auch genau aus, warum ich von dieser Projektübernahme so begeistert bin und warum man dies erst auf den zweiten Blick deutlich erkennt. "

Frage ich mich hier ständig....Ihr habt die Chance gehabt hier, von Anfang an, vielleicht einzusteigen und hättet mehrere 1000% Gewinn machen können.....wo bekommt Ihr sowas?
Klar muss man im richtigen Moment aussteigen und dann ist es egal obs danach nochmals 10000% steigt, oder nicht.....

und obs mega seriös ist, oder nicht....Wo hat man mit "konventionellen" Aktien solche eine Gewinnmarge?

Beim Meckern und Pessimismus seit Ihr wohl die WM--> vor allem in Germany! :)

Wo konnte man hier "mehrere 1000% Gewinn" machen?

Und dennoch ist dieser Titel länger gelistet als Ihr Profil.. :D

Known mineralization sampled to date is in epithermal style silica-carbonate veins and silicified units marginal to the veins, hosted by Paleozoic age limestones.  This setting is similar in part to the host rocks for the mineralized systems at Pioche located approximately 75 km to the north.  As stated in the 1970 Nevada Bureau of Mines Bulletin # 73, Geology and Mineral Deposits of Lincoln County, Nevada by C.M. Tschanz and E.H. Pampeyan, mineral production from the nearby Pioche area was initially from gold-silver-copper epithermal veins and later from underlying carbonate-hosted replacement-type mineralized bodies.  From 1869 to present, the neighboring Pioche area mined over 6 million tons producing over 1 million ounces of gold, 20 million ounces of silver, 7 million pounds of copper, 350 million pounds of lead and 700 million pounds of zinc.  Production at Pioche was initially from gold-silver-copper epithermal veins and later from underlying carbonate-hosted replacement-type mineralized bodies.

Greg Crowe, President and CEO of Silver One Resources commented, “Cherokee is an emerging epithermal silver, gold and base metal district hosting multiple vein systems that have been traced thus far for over 11 km along strike.  These veins have returned very high-grade silver, gold and copper values from select surface samples.  Mineralization characteristics suggest this is part of an intact epithermal style precious metal system.  These systems are known to host many precious metal mines throughout Nevada and the rest of the world.  It must be emphasized that the vein systems on the Cherokee property have never been drilled.  The company is looking forward to completing the current exploration program with the aim of selecting drill targets for the 2020 exploration season.

Work planned over the next 2-3 months will include:  continued mapping and sampling of veins and alteration zones; soil sampling in areas of overburden cover; 650 line-km of heliborne magnetic gradient survey.  Results are expected in late Q4 2019 and will be used to select potential drill targets in 2020.

The samples set forth herein are not necessarily representative of the mineralization hosted on the property.
