We are going through a merger which will give CRML over $300m. We have the Exim facility of $120m. This enough funding for the next 18 months. The next moves have been clearly stated. Get the pilot plant operational. Once resiults come out capex numbers can be calculated accurately.  This is all happening now. We also can apply for extra EU and US funding over the next 6 months. Both have announced packages and the EU specifically for Greenland.

@Black_Gold_Investor die von dir geposteten Grafiken sind in letzter Zeit häufiger mit unverständlichem Inhalt.

Die Grafik in deinem letzten Beitrag, in #5415 , ist jedoch komplett nichtssagend. Dort steht Start, Min, Max, latest. Dazu viele Zahlen, tendenziell steigend über die Tage. Ich weiß jedoch nicht, ob das der Kurs von EUL in einer Währung ist, die weder AUD, USD noch EUR ist, ob das Prozente von irgendwas sind, ob das Optionen auf irgendwas anderem sind, .. keine Ahnung. Daraus werde ich komplett null schlau.

Eine Quelle oder Verweis gibt es ebenfalls nicht.. deshalb, schreibe gerne, was du damit genau meinst  

wird jetzt die Abstimmung am 22. Oktober. Danach dürfte sich zeigen, wie der Markt den weiteren Übernahmeprozess bewertet.

Laut der Mitteilung von Flatex sollen die Aktien im Verhältnis 40:1 getauscht werden.

is the Maximum Share Scheme Transaction Ratio (0.045). Where it is at or above the Ceiling Price

and the Ceiling Price, the ratio equals the Minimum Share Scheme Transaction Ratio plus the

Der Durchschnittspreis der vergangenen Tage war deutlich unter US$8.00. Wenn heute und Anfang nächster Woche nichts passiert, bleiben wir bei einem Verhältnis von 1/0,045 bzw 22,2 EUL zu 1 CRML.

Aber denke daran, automatischer Umtausch erfolgt nur, wenn du mehr als 50,000 Anteile EUL hast.

Es könnte sein, dass bei weniger Anteilen und ohne Registrierung die Anteile automatisch verkauft werden. Ich blicke da nicht ganz durch, bzw ich habe meine Gewinne aus EUL bereits in CRML investiert, um dem Limbo zu entgehen.
